I'm certainly not an expert however a little common sense will take us ALL a long way. Iraq is finally in the position to allow somewhere in the neighborhood of 300 Trillion dollars of contracts be initiated to bring the entire country to what we would call "state of the art". Everything from hotels, restaurants, solar, oil exploration, refineries, etc., etc. Their trade sanctions have been lifted and they only need one thing. A currency that has value so these foreign companies can come to Iraq and go to work. This event will be a WORLD ECONOMY changing event. Not just in those of us who have invested, but all countries will feel relief when this RV takes place. I too believe their new currency and their investments in that currency will be used. Period. : ) Game on.....
