Sad to say but they are just doing what they have always done, and this is all they know how to do. The rest of the Arab world are watching to see if true democracy will work in Iraq. Bickering, fighting along with mistrust and war has always been in the everyday dealings with these people. And sad to say but it looks like they may have to redo the government. (I truely hope not) At least until they can get someone in there that has a more western style of thinking. Other wise we should have stayed in there until their economy was up and on it's feet. At least we can make the tough decisions right? God I hope I am wrong in this train of thought.

Maliki can approve all he wants but until they are voted on and passed in the parlament then we are still stuck. Hopefully this news article was not to just calm the Iraqi people down (smoke & mirrors) but actually shows some movement. Only time will tell. Until then stay positive.

Could it be that America is the one to cancel the order because Iraq can not pay for it with colored toilet paper? Could be another way that America is putting pressure on Iraq to RV the Dinar!!!

You won't ever hear of any news agency anouncing an RV before it happens. Anywhere. Never has to my knowledge. Now after the fact, then sure. But never before. That's what makes it a challenge, you have to do the research and dig a little at a time. Good luck all.

According to what we know, this has never been done before on this big of a scale. So keep your head up, would you prefer that you had not invested in this and it pays out big or that you had invested in it and it does not pay out. This is what I ask myself everyday. And the chances are too great. The trick is to not invest any more than what you are willing to lose..... Yeah, I know that's hard to do considering the prize that's waiting. So for me, I would have rather invested and lost than to have been the one who did nothing and missed at this chance. My family deserves for me to try. I'm betting that your's does as well. So keep your faith and know that either good or bad you are doing this for the right reasons. Those that have made it in life have all one thing in common... They never quit. They lost many times but they never quit. Stay in there a little longer and laugh with the rest of us when this all finally goes down.

Ha, I just thought of something.... What if Shab's is having the same problem with his Google translator as we have? Can you imagine that? (I know of course that this is not true, but it is funny. On a more serious note, I wonder as big of a mess is when this RV does go down, wouldn't you (if you were Shabs) want to be fully moved into your new Bank building first? I know I would! FnB, I was just going to point out that we (America) has the same if not worse violence happening on our streets everyday. And we survive. I will have to side with you on this point of view. Although Soldiering does have a good thought out line of thinking, compared to America and what all goes on here everyday, I have to say that I think the RV will slow the violence down. When people are in dire need, it becomes easier to rationalize your actions in your head than when you have plenty. Most people would think twice about resorting to violence when it may jeopardize their plentiful life style. We as Americans will fight to protect our life style but that is why we have the armed forces. Even the radicals extremists say that it is harder to recruit people when they have a lot to lose! That's why they go to these 3rd world countries to recruit people. And no I do not have a link to prove my thoughts.... JMHO.

Adam, I have one question. Will the Iraqi government try to re-do the 2011 budget every time the price of oil fluctuates? I am new to this so I may not understand like all of the gurus out there but, it seems to happen everytime the price of oil goes on the move.... Can you or someone please explain to me why this is not something to worry about? Because from where I'm sitting this could drag out all year long. Thanks. for the info.

I'm starting to think that they are trying to do everything they can to NOT have to RV the Dinar! I believe in being positive, but common people! With what all that is facing them you would think they would do the one thing that would solve MANY problems at once! I hate to say it, but maybe they are just trying to be too much like our government! They see a need so they must form a commitee that will do a study, and then present their findings to another commitee, who will do a biased poll of people that will reflect their own views and policy's. There by not really meeting the need but now being able to say that the government is working on the issue. So by the time the government actually does something that issue is long been replaced by another more pressing issue! Are we seeing a pattern here? It almost makes you think that there really is an issue with them making a choice that will benifit us infidels! (which really sounds stupid to me!) But is the only thing that is starting to make any since anymore. But I do trust in a higher power so until the perfect time comes I will still be here!

What needs to happen is Maliki needs to lose all his finacial savings and secret stashes around the world. I believe then he would look at the RV a little differently. But until he is really hurting financially himself he will put this off. JMHO.

What we are all forgetting is that if they (Iraqi Parlament) are true to form then they will have at least 3 more new holidays before the end of this month! Sorry I could not resist that one!

The best way to approach this is to become your own Guru! So people start doing your own research! Use sound reasoning and think things through. You will be fine. Although I will admit that I do get a little excited when someone starts rumors about the RV happening tomorrow and it's gonna be $5.27 on the exchange rate! But I take a deep breath and do some research on my own, and think things through. So far this has helped a lot. The rumors are fun but if that's all you do is check the rumor site then you must be an emotional rollercoaster junky! So, I say that it's fine to check out the rumor sites but make sure to do your own homework and find things out for yourselves. Also, if you find some intel that is amazing, better be able to back it up with links or you will get burned. GO RV!!!

Well so far nobody has paid any taxes on the $100.00 so the IRS would have a field day with all the back taxes owed. And being from such a small town is it possible they are all related? Just sayin....

To all: What most of you are missing is that those that are in charge in Palestine do not want peace with Israel. Never have and they never will! This has been proven by Israel in one of their earlier attempts at peace talks. We Americans have a very short memory indeed! During the peace talks Israel decided to agree to the demands being made by the other side.... This caught the opposing negotiating representative totally off guard. Becuse the demands that they had made were so ridiculous that they thought for sure they would never be met. Thus they could come away from the peace talks saying that Israel would not meet any demands! They were at a loss, so they made more demands. These were even more outrageous than the first. Israel agreed to these as well! This did nothing but infuriate the the hamas representative who refused to continue with the peace talks! Most of this never made it to the mainstream media (for obvious reasons). But that day Israel showed those who were watching what Hamas really wanted..... So if you have ever wondered why Iran and other neighboring Muslim countries have never really sent the Palestines anything other than weapons that do nothing but fuel this Muslim agenda, then you are on the right track! I am not saying that Israel has been totally blameless over the years, but if one were to really look and do the research, you will find out who's been the real instigator. So don't be fooled!

Sorry Tiff, I believe that those that want to get away with a crime will not use their own weapons! Let's think about this logically. Those that want to be caught or could just care less may fit into your way of thinking. Problem with that is over 87% of the crimes comitted are by people that don't want to be caught! Most people who are thinking about commiting a crime already know that if you use your own stuff then you increase the chances of it leading back to you! In other words, don't go buy a gun at the local Wal-mart and then use it in a crime!!! The word DUH comes to mind. You go steal it from somebody else or just purchase one from your local drug dealer/black market that was stolen from someone else! This happens every day! The nut job in AZ, had no intention of getting away! Blaming the guns or knives for the outcome does not make since! Let me put it this way! Say you were stranded on a deserted island with 50 people with guns & knives that were trying to do you harm, and you had the option of taking away either the guns or the 50 people....... The sad thing is, there are people out there that would have chosen to take the guns away.....

I wonder if the show and speech that Sadir put on the other day has anything to do with this mess! They may be getting cold feet as a result! Just a thought!
