Yep, I hate to say you are right BUT you are... It's the way of the world and politics. This is like a bad nightmare which I hope ends with a pleasant return.

The problem I see is that they said they would do the delegation of the zeros Jan 2013. They said something big would happen after Ramadan. They keep stringing this big change along with out any event. I wish I had the fore sight to see this in a much bigger way. There is definitely a plan but what is it? When Bush went there a couple of years ago, I wish I knew what was said at that point. They are holding out for some reason and it isn't clear at all... Yet those gurus all say we are on the edge of an RV daily. There has to be some political or economic trigger to a change in currency value for Iraq. For them to stall acceptance into the WTO makes little sense in terms of growth. If this is mearly making sure all the technical issues are in line, I'd think that would have been done a year ago, based on the news. Also is Maliki the single one holding this up, and if so why? I again can't seem to wrap my head around the benefit in a delay. Too bad we don't REALLY have an inside informant spelling it out clearly to us. Impatiently holding my breath. Peace all...

LOL, not to say that I told you that the USA is behind much of what is transporting behind the scenes in Iraq, but I did... Many argued this point as if the Iraqi govt could care less about the USA. They need us... Of course we absolutely NEED them to succeed for setting up a reference to democracy in th M.E. which is why so many facets are out to destroy this effort. In a time when you are not sure and articles are contrary, be ready. I heard this 3 years ago. Never has it been so directly countered. I believe they want to confuse us with uncertainty, then hopefully they will surprise the world. We just can't make heads or tails out of any of these articles... Something is happening. It is unfortunate that a speculation means no solid evidence... Just use some common sense and ask your self can they afford to simply RD? Iraq is definitely in an incredible place and who put them there? Who had the power to destroy them or rebuild them. Who is behind everything? This includes a democracy of sorts... It looks good... Actually you can misinterpret all of what is said due to translation differences. Not saying you are wrong but you might be wrong. I believe they won't drop the zeros as in a misused word lop. I have said this before but it has to do with buying power and international trust in their currency. We shall see.

NO ONE KNOWs.... It can go in many different ways. The one thing you can bet on is they will have one of the strongest currencies in the Middle East. If the rate went down from 3.00 plus due to the war, why can't it go back up the same way? So to say it can RI or RV is feasible. It is one beneficial solution for IRAQ and to increase confidence and internal value. Are there other possibilities, YES! They need to handle whatever they do smartly, to keep economic and political gain up. A "LOP" or RD would not be a smart move. That is IMHO. We shall see. Maggie this has not a thing to do with us. If anyone here believe it does they are looking at this thru a very narrow straw. I has a lot to do with globalization. It has a lot to do with debt and a solid foundation and trust and trade. I'm not buying a budget game either. I'm just stating some points which lead me to believe this will do well.... The thing which fascinates me most is why Iraq? Why did we go in with such force?
