So I had heard somewhere in one of these forums that the Arabic language has only about 5,000 words. And that when they are referring to "raising the zeros" what they really mean is removing them from circulation. The sub-heading of this post only reflects the way words go in and out of vogue and the word that should be used is "RAZE" not "raise". Webster says "raze" is an archaic term meaning erase. Hmmm...ERASE, sounds a LOT like delete, no? Also, the word demolish was used in the definition. That made me wonder: What ever happened to the $1,000 Federal Reserve Notes when they were taken out of circulation? Perhaps they were DESTROYED? What I'm trying to say is STOP WORRYING ABOUT THE LOP. Adam has said that he believes it is UNLIKELY. I TEND to trust his perspective. If they want to RAZE the 3 zeros, all I can see happening is the replacing of the large denoms with smaller ones as well as the increased use of the digital money systems. Oh, and one other thing.
