  1. If you don't mind me asking, what nationality are you? Just curious.
  2. It is possible what he is saying about the prices on dinar purchases. Been in Iraq since 2004 and at times the Iraqis would practically give their money away or trade it. Now as far as his post here, it is not even remotely believable and I did not even waste my time to ask the Iraqi people. They would have figured me a fool.
  3. I'd invest with 3 days in Vegas. You may even actually make some real money in a shorter time!
  4. I'm not religious type person but well said. I would not think money and a God should be mentioned in the same sentence. You shouldn't need money to have a God in your life, nor does a God owe you any monetary gains. I believe it to be sacrilege to mention God and this IQD investment in the same sentence but that is my opinion only and each and every one of you is entitled to yours.I hope you are not disappointed in God if this does not pan out.
  5. Wow! That was quick. I was standing outside this morning when the explosion occurred toward the MOI Bldg. There was also gunfire involved. These people are a bunch of yahoos with no regard for freedoms or human life. Oh yeah, that is the bldg. in my Avatar and the explosion was to the left side.
  6. Baghdad is a mess right now. I don't see any thing constructive happening here politically or economically. First time in 8 years I have felt unsafe here and I believe it is time for me to get out while the getting is good.
  7. I was thinking the same thing. I wonder what dinar tastes like in case you had to eat them?
  8. This is the best bank story ever and as believable as all the rest. I gave you a +1 but you are so deep in -negs you will not notice!
  9. It is a shame that people have the need to use spell check at all. If they were instructed right in school at a young age this would not be a problem. I don't know about most of you people but when I attended elementary school we had to take around 20 something words a day and look them up in a "Webster’s Dictionary" for the definitions and pronunciation. It was an actual handheld hardcover book with the definitions found within the contents. Then you would have to pronounce, spell the word out, and give the definition without looking at your paperwork. What happen to this type of instruction in our schools? These damn computers are to blame!
  10. You can be whomever you want on the internet. That is why I don't believe any of the information posted unless I research it myself. And then I have lots of doubts. Nice!! See above.
  11. It's the MOI Bldg. in Baghdad.
  12. There seems to be a lot of obstacles. And as each one has been conquered there seems to be a new one that pops up as an excuse. We will see what the next trend not to RV will be when the Chapter 7 has been cleared.
  13. There is not going to be much of an Air Force over here. The Department of State is in a transition stage with only about 7 bases staying open and not much of a contingency plan if overrun or attacked. I am used to seeing Apaches and artillery in place as somewhat of a deterring factor. This is something new for them. They are used to being at fortified embassies and a more pampered existence. They seem to be shooting from the hip on this one. I'm afraid they will get their noses bloodied as soon as the majority of the military has left the country of Iraq.
  14. They have some bad accidents there, I have seen a few Mercedes flipped over on the sides of the highways. Try some Sadiki, it will put hair on your chest.
  15. I wouldn't be surprised if you were right but I don't see it located within the information you posted.
  16. I feel for anyone this Dinar thing has caused desperation for but I did not cause that. I am no more wrong than you are on my views. The difference is that I can actually talk to and get views from the people that live in Iraq. So in all reality it is not my opinion but theirs. When do you think is a good time to be emotionally prepared to cope with it?
  17. Excellent choices. I have and smoke both, especially 5 vegas maduros. I like most all of the Arturo Fuentes and Padron because of quality and consistency. Indian Tabac has a good Maduro also. I smoke Cubans also but the quality has went south.
  18. This was not my opinion but statements from actual Iraqi people I converse with living in the country of Iraq. Don't believe every thing you hear on the news in the U.S. and Europe. If you watch a news channel from the ME you will get a different perspective of how the world sees us also. This is true. Most people only see the day to day needs and necessities of the now(creature comforts). They do not see or most of the time care about the big picture which may take years to unfold.
  19. I do not take this upon myself as my "mission in life". I have better and more important things to do.I don't know anyone on this site personally. And I never said it would ever RV and after discovering these forums in the last few years I probably would have not gotten involved with the dinar. But since I practically paid nothing for the majoity of what I hold I will ride it out to make money, break even, or lose it all. I do refuse to lie to people about the dinar just to bring a false hope to their lives. Good Luck to all of you
  20. I did not make my statement to be hurtful but to tell the truth. It seems that a lot of people have been lied to on this and other sites. By me telling you a lie or reassuring you that riches are to be awarded overnite then I am just as bad as the rest that are feeding you a line of crap. I sit back and read some of these stories and I just shake my head due to the fact so many have been lied to.
