I remember seeing the story, a couple of months ago, it has been discovered that the money was'nt lost per se. the money was "lost" in accounting..... they found the mistake and all is good in happy, free money land.....

I have 500 bux, for one million of those, if you can prove you own them, best I will do. Are you a freaking idiot or what, they are currency, bearer instrument.. like good old us cash, you bear it, you own it. usually dont come with a cert. of authinicity.

It would never happen in this country...... people have become dependent on the gov. to spoon feed them. the days of being proud to be self sufficient are all but gone. it seems everyone wants something for nothing and dont want to put in the time of effort to get ahead, they seem to want it handed to them. case in point, THE DINAR, from all i have read, a lot of people have gotten into this to get rich quick. then ***** that it isnt happening soon enough. just seems that the country has been infected with the welfare mentality. just my 2 cents

not sure if you realize where we live.... here in the U.S. we can "not hire " you for any number of reasons, including, but not limited to, owning foreign currency. hell , i wouldn't hire someone knowing that they were going to retire @ rv time either....

wouldn't be any different than if you gave them usd for x-mas.... why would there be any tax implications to you??? YOU are not gaining from the gift..... no tax to you, but , the reciever will be taxed @ time of cash in @ there personal tax rate...
