    Adam, The image screen apparently only appears if you need to upgrade now, if you are paid up to date the option to upgrade does not appear, at least in my account. I too would like to take advantage of this offer but no amount of effort to click on the Black Friday Special pop up changes the fact. I cannot find an upgrade option in my account. Thank you for your assistance. Randy
