  1. From Whiteout Press: October 7, 2012. Vicksburg. The federal government calls them FEMA Corps. But they conjure up memories of the Hitler Youth of 1930’s Germany. Regardless of their name, the Dept of Homeland Security has just graduated its first class of 231 Homeland Youth. Kids, aged 18-24 and recruited from the President’s AmeriCorp volunteers, they represent the first wave of DHS’s youth corps, designed specifically to create a full time, paid, standing army of FEMA Youth across the country. On September 13, 2012, the Dept of Homeland Security graduated its first class of FEMA Corps youth, aka the Homeland Youth. Image courtesy of DHS.gov. On September 13, 2012, the Department of Homeland Security graduated its first class of FEMA Corps first-responders. While the idea of having a volunteer force of tens of thousands of volunteers scattered across the country to aid in times of natural disasters sounds great, the details and timing of this new government army is somewhat curious, if not disturbing. DHS raising an armed army The first problem one finds with this ‘new army’ is the fact that they are mere children. Yes, 18 is generally the legal age a person can sign a contract, join the military or be tried as an adult. But ask any parent - an 18, 20 or even a 24 year-old is still a naïve, readily-influenced kid. The second problem with this announcement and program is its timing. Over the past two years, President Obama has signed a number of Executive Orders suspending all civil and Constitutional rights and turning over management of an America under Martial Law to FEMA. Also in that time, domestic federal agencies under DHS, including FEMA, have ordered billions of rounds of ammunition as well as the corresponding firearms. Admittedly, these new weapons and ammunition aren’t to be used in some far-off war or to fight forest fires in California, but right here on the streets of America. Strange Armored Fighting Vehicles Individuals around the US have begun reporting the site of strange, new, heavily-armed FEMA fighting vehicles. What would a disaster relief agency like FEMA need with 2,500 brand new GLS armored fighting vehicles? According to the agency’s own mandate, as well as President Obama’s recent Executive Order, the answer is ‘population control’ during a time of Martial Law. One set of images made available by Rense.com shows trailer after trailer carrying these new DHS and FEMA armored fighting vehicles, complete with machine gun slots. They’re labeled with the usual backward American flag and the title, ‘Homeland Security’. Below that and the DHS logo, it also reads, ‘Immigration & Customs Enforcement’. Joining those markings, the black vehicles with white lettering also display ‘POLICE/RESCUE’ on one side and ‘Special Response Team’ on the other. DHS & FEMA armed fighting vehicles. Images courtesy of Rense.com. FEMA Corps FEMA Deputy Administrator Rich Serino gave the keynote address at the ‘Induction Ceremony’ for the inaugural class of FEMA Corps members. According to the DHS website, ‘Corps members assist with disaster preparedness, response, and recovery activities, providing support in areas ranging from working directly with disaster survivors to supporting disaster recovering centers to sharing valuable disaster preparedness and mitigation information with the public.’ Serino describes what the first FEMA Corps class has accomplished so far, as well as where they’ll be going next: ‘Yesterday, we welcomed 231 energetic members into the first ever FEMA Corps class. The members just finished off their first month of training with our partners at the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) and are one step closer to working in the field on disaster response and recovery. They will now head to FEMA’s Center for Domestic Preparedness to spend the next two weeks training in their FEMA position-specific roles. Once they complete both the CNCS and FEMA training, these 231 dedicated FEMA Corps members will be qualified to work in one of a variety of disaster related roles, ranging from Community Relations to Disaster Recovery Center support.’ A standing army Unlike most local disaster response teams who are volunteers, training periodically and only showing up when there’s a disaster, the FEMA Corps will be a paid, full time, standing army of government youth. FEMA Deputy Administrator Sarino goes on to explain, ‘The new members, who range in age from 18-24 years old, will contribute to a dedicated, trained, and reliable disaster workforce by working full-time for ten months on federal disaster response and recovery efforts.’ In closing his announcement of the first graduating class of FEMA Corps Youth, Sarino describes his and the agency’s vision of the future, one where ‘FEMA Corps sets the foundation for a new generation of emergency managers’. DHS arms itself As we detailed in the August 28 Whiteout Press article ‘History of DHS Ammunition Purchases’, federal emergency management agencies are looking more and more like a military army every day. The federal government’s procurement website actually lists DHS’ requests for bids to supply it with ammunition and military weaponry. All of the orders listed in the above article, including the orders for hundreds of millions of rounds of ammunition, are publicly available at http://www.fbo.gov. One look at a chart of DHS ammunition purchases over the past decade reveals a drastic spike in orders of bullets recently, totaling in the billions of rounds. Other charts available online show a similar drastic spike in the purchases of accompanying weaponry by the Department of Homeland Security. What is the US federal government preparing for? And why does it feel it needs an army of brainwashed youth, millions of guns, thousands of armored fighting vehicles and literally billions of rounds of ammunition, just to provide relief to the American people during a natural disaster? Any historian will tell you it sounds more like the arming of the Hitler Youth than an army of first responders fighting forest fires and hurricanes.
  2. I would cash in at .10 US in heart beat. Then I would go and buy it again in the Electronic or digital side and let it ride. But thats just my opinion.
  3. Hello everyone, I have been in this investment for about two years and a member of this site for about year and a half. I have learned alot about world finances, Its great. I have been thinking about investing in the ISX for about the past year, still undecided. These are my questions that are bouncing around in my head. Hoping that the DV family could put my mind at ease. LOL 1. How much of a hassle or trouble is it to open up a Warka account? and is it worth it? 2. How are the Prices listed in the ISX, USD/IQD? 3. I know it depends on price listed for a certain stock, With that being said, Could someone give me an example of what the amount of stock I could buy with $1,000.00 USD if the stock is say 5IQD a share. Thanks for all the replies and advice in advance. I know I should've posted this in the ISX forum but thought I would get more exposure in the question forum. GO RV MRDEEPC
  4. I am not one to go looking for trouble...But at the same time I believe in being prepared for the worst. That is why I have my CCL and stock piling some ammo. I believe that there is a major storm on the horizon and I want to be prepared. My dad has a saying, '' Pray for Peace Prepare for War''. GO RV Mrdeepc
  5. Yes, There is a book call '' Global Financial Warriors ''. It was written by the Sec of the U.S. Treasury during G.W.Bush's administration. In this book you will find that this was a well thought out plan even before we stepped on foot in Iraq. The Author described the whole ordeal will be a 10 year plan. But let me warn you now....it is the most dry, boring reading ever. Chapters 7,8 were my favorites. Have fun and good reading. GO RV Mr. DeepC
  6. Brand new Chevy Tahoe with all the bells and whistles. But my dream vehicle is a 1985 CJ7 Laredo Jeep.
  7. Sounds Good....But time will tell. Hope this person is right, But we have ALL heard this time line before. Just saying.
  8. @ Linda...You can go to a anti-aging doctor and get HGH and Testosterone therapy, About The Hyperbaric Chamber...You may want to ask your General Practitioner. I work offshore on the rigs as a diver and I have to get in one for 1-3 hours after every dive. You can google HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) and Hyperbaric chambers facility. Hope that helps you.
  9. is your Colustrum liquid or pill or powder form. Mine is powder, Since I have started taking it, my receeding gums have started to grow back and my shoulder with 3 screws in it have stopped hurting. Safe travels in your move, Oh btw, I know what you mean for your box to store all your vitamins. Good luck.
  10. Go to immunetree.com and look into Collostrum6 (not sure about the spelling). Its full of GH and IGF-1, which both are known to be good for the heart. That is awesome about your heart. It warms my heart. People just believe what the drug companies and doctors tell them. If only the doctors would stand up to the drug companies.
  11. I am a firm believer that HGH and Testosterone therapy combined with inhaling 100% oxygen in a hyperbaric chamber will cure cancer. What is cancer? its the deterioration of cells in your body. HGH and Testosterone is anti-aging so your cells dont breakdown. Now your cells need oxygen to rebuild. Breathing 100% oxygen under pressure say at 40 feet. Will force you body to take in more than 3 times of oxygen in your body. I am commercial diver, I know divers who smoke or have smoked for 10 years. We all breathe oxygen under pressure in a chamber when we get out of the water. No commercial diver has ever had lung cancer. I smoked for 15 years, pack and half a day. My doctor didn't believe me when I told him how much I smoked. Try it. It wont hurt you.
  12. Hello Adam, Thanks for all your work. My question is about the prices of shares on the ISX I see on the ISX website. Are they in USD or IQD. Thanks again for all you do.
  13. Can't really remember who said this or where I read this (I wanna say I was reading Adams words, But don't guarantee it). The person said that before it RV's, it will get worse, alot worse. I find it hard to believe that everything coming out of Iraq was positive, positive and more positive. Then all of a sudden, Bam...Iraq is on the verge of civil war. Now this is MMHO, that we would not pull out if Iraq was that close to falling apart. So, all of you that want to sell, don't. But this is my opinion only. I also recall that the article said that Kuwait got alot worse before things got better there. Sorry if my memory isn't as good as I think it is. To many gas bubbles in the brain. GO RV, mrdeepc
  14. Merry CHRISTmas from the bottom of the Ocean floor. Be safe and enjoy the break. You deserve it.
  15. Thats just his walmart security badge. He couldn't pass the exam to be a real officer.
  16. In my most humble opinion...This wont happen this year, I think it won't happen till late 2012 or early 2013. Why? glad you asked, In the book ''Global Financial Warriors'' it states that this is a 10 year plan. Since we went in Iraq in 03. Its not 10 years yet. But that is my opinion. Go ahead and bash away if you feel the need. GO RV mrdeepc
  17. Don't dwell on the negative's, Don't let them enter you thoughts. Just have thoughts that it wont end bad for us small investors. Its the Law of Attraction, trust me it works. GO RV mrdeepc
  18. I take it your into the whole Green Energy thing. As some one who is in the Oil and Gas industry, I am Pro Oil and Gas. But with that being said...I do believe that there is a place for solar and wind power, But to switch over completely to Green Energy would be foolish. Why? Glad you asked. I invite you and all else who is curious to google by products of Oil and Gas industry. Things that we use everyday and don't realize it. All those ingredients would have to be imported from overseas. You would see a 1000% increase in cost of everyday items. You wanna talk about Hyperinflation. But hey, what do I know...I am just a dumb deep sea diver. GO RV, Mr. DeepC
  19. In the book ''Billions over Bagdad'', They (U.S. Treasury and The at time Administration) called this a 10 year plan. So I do believe the whole 2013 thing. But hey, if it happens before then I wont complain. Its a good book, It basically tells how this was a well thought out plan. Just saying. GO RV
  20. Did you know risk when you bought your first million. You know that it may never revalue. If your okay with that then I say go for it. Buy another million, as long as you don't take food off the table. But hey, thats just my opinion.
