so 1 us dollar equals 0.279 kwd? I just don't get what it says on the central bank of kuwaits website take a look for yourself go to it then go to exchange rates then avg KD/USD exchange rates the other thing I find strange is there is no big jump in 2003?

So I decided to look at the central bank of Kuwaits website and when I go to the exchange rate it says this? Avg.
