After all this time and reading and listening to all the prognosticators concerning the RV of the IQD, my question is what does it matter. The IQD is a closed currency i.e., it has absolutely NO value outside Iraq.
With the foregoing statement I am wondering what possible difference it makes to us or the world if the IQD revalues to .01 or 100 USD to the IQD.
A case in point is the KUD it has a value in Kuwait of about $3.60 but what can they buy with the KUD outside of Kuwait?
There are only about 6 currencies that can be used to buy or convert outside their country. Why is Iraq different.?
If someone can give any real proof that the RV of the IQD can possibly RV to the benefit of us who hold IQD's outside of Iraq i would really like to see it.
Thanks,
