I have doubts about no backing in reality. Have you ever considered debt. When ones interest on debt is more than they take in that is called bankruptcy. That is the direction we are headed with uncontrolled debt. Throughout history every fiat currency has failed. History always repeats itself. Whether it fails in your lifetime is any ones guess, but it will fail. And I believe sooner rather than later. Just look at our elected officials and it's easy to see why. Uncontrolled spending.

EagleEye,Thank you from one vet to another. My experiences were nothing compared to the horrors you must have endured. I sometimes wonder how people so quick to criticize and had the privilege to spit and belittle those who gave them that very right would act if thrust in the heat of battle. I think being scorned by our fellow Americans was as difficult to understand as the fighting of the war. Thankfully our service men and woman now have our respect from most of our population.

I may have posted something similar to this long ago it's been so long I have forgotton. I compare this investment to playing the lottery. You can't win if you don't buy a ticket. Don't get me wrong though, everyone should due their due diligence before investing and NEVER purchase more than you can afford. I am looking forward to sharing my winning lottery ticket with all DV'S members.

The medias refusal to cover Ron Paul is appalling. To watch the media today is an exercise in futility if you want unbiased news. I consider network news reality based made for TV journalism with 30 second sound bytes controlled by influential people with their own agendas . Certainly not fair and balanced like they try to portray.

For some strange reason I believe I have heard many monkeys chattering for many months and it all sounds the same. All nonsense. It will happen when it happens and all will be surprised. Pleasantly I hope.

Are you serious? Is this a N.Y.s Joke? Have you ever been out of this country? If not take a trip around the world,I have while serving our country.Then see if you would still stand behind your article. The USA definitely has it's flaws but compared to the rest of the world we are leap years ahead in personal freedoms and comfort. We take for granted what most of the rest of the world cannot even imagine in their wildest dreams. I am curious to see how many people will take you up on your idea. Me it's USA all the way flaws and all. Thank God for being born and living my life in the USA!

Big city Bob,Your theory raises many interesting points. Your reasoning is a logical way of thinking for an American. Unfortunately on the business end we are dealing with logic from an Iraqi View. I don't believe they are going to RV just to make Obama look like a good guy and get reelected. I sincerely hope you are correct though.

Thanks for bringing that to my attention WowLewi I liked it. I just knew these gurus were really Santa's in sheep's clothing. We have as much chance of getting any real information from them as we do catching Santa coming down the chimney. It will be just like Christmas when we do RV. One day we will wake up to find it done and no one knew how it happened.

I am waiting for the gurus to say next that Santa will bring the RV notice down the chimney. We have as much of a chance of that happening as the guru predictions happenings. Happy holiday to all, may it be a merry Christmas when guru Santa brings us notice.

I read the entire article and as I was considering some of the points the article brought to the table I saw an entire quote of your article next. Curious to there reply as I scrolled down I said to myself if I was going to comment on this article I would have quoted a certain section that I was curious about. I was surprised to see the entire article quoted and no reply. I guess they were so clueless that was the best response they could give.

Here are some of Ron Paul's Ideas,the first is a quote from Thomas Jefferson. "Peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations-entangling alliances with none." He doesn't understand that we are at war with Islam. Really? Is that the express or implied policy of the United States? Shall we ask Congress to formally declare war on 1.5-billion Muslims? Islam may be a problem but any debate should take place in the free market place of ideas. Paul understands this quite well.

Thanks for the reply. I believe that silver(physical) is a better investment than the IQD. I have invested in both and I believe that my silver investments will pay off before my IQD investment. I just do not believe that the 50 to 1 gold to silver ratio is sustainable and will continue forever. The ratio has been 16 to 1 for hundreds of years and I believe that ratio will return. When it does silver investors will reap their just rewards. Once JP Morgan fails as they are sure to do all bets are off for silver. Keep your articles coming as they are a breath of fresh air compared to all the guru nonsense that seems to dominate this site.

I always enjoy the information you present to us. What are your feelings on silver. I believe silver is very under valued but I must admit the silver market is extremely volatile.

My sentiments exactly. Unfortunately more people do not take the time to really understand a candidate but rely on the spoon fed mass media. TV reality news journalism, what a joke.

Have enjoyed your articles lately. Accurate and to the point. I wish more people were aware of the the dire consequences of all governments dealing with exposed debt. It is all a house of cards that is destined to fall without controlling the world debt.
