  1. It is interesting that these people run to Iran when the going get a little intense. Run to papa.
  2. Wingsofhope, Catl6147, BanG, Before Obama is bashed into the ground, you should understand what the Federal Reserve is. Who Owns The Federal Reserve? The Fed is privately owned. Its shareholders are private banks. We the people and OUR government have nothing to do with the Federal Reserve's management or ownership. These are not presidential appointments. And if they were, Ms. Coleman was appointed under Bush. Ms. Coleman, the Federal Reserve's Inspector General, was dodging questions, and not very well. Release Date: May 4, 2007 For immediate release The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced the appointment of Elizabeth A. Coleman as Inspector General for the Board, effective May 6.
  3. Tampabay, keep asking questions. Not everybody is a jerk. When people ask questions, many of us learn. I guess some have a crystal ball......or learn through osmosis or something. Anyway, they are way above the rest of us. We plebians will just have to stick to book-like learnin'.
  4. This is how the posts have been developing: someone posts a very important issues, one that would at least receive constructive, thoughtful comments, and what happens. We start bashing for some wild reason (and I have done it too - some bizarre comments cannot go without a comment) but we loose track of the important issue that began the thread. We end in something that we wish we had hip boots for.
  5. How about we rent an island somewhere, hire private planes to get there, drop us off for a couple of days, and really get down!
  6. Boy, this is true about being cut off, that is a crock. I don't see anyone being cutoff buying stocks on NYSE. If it is true, we have a big problem.

    NO DINARS

This is a quote from Smee2: And I was informed by my dinar dealer that if the RV happens while the dinar is in transit, and is suddenly worth millions rather than a few hundred or thousands, there are a lot of people who have to be notified that this amount of useable currency is, indeed, in the "system" ... government officials in a lot of departments. Has something to do with not being able to ship currency over certain amounts by ordinary courier methods. After a certain point I think for security reasons it becomes an armoured truck delivery deal This would tell me that something has triggered the stoppage of additional shipments to banks that are out of dinar. The profit on dinar sales become too costly when you bring an armored car into the picture and you end up with a bag of dinars that has Rved and you cannot profit from it. What is one of the items on the list to look for when the RV is about to happen?: dinar sales stopped. Thanks Smee2!
  8. That would mean Maliki is not attending the GCC meeting, nor is the head of Kuwait attending. Their attendance was an assumption of mine, of course. " The prime minister will be accompanied by a trade and economic delegation including a number of ministers". What did I miss along the way?..........
  9. I am very happy that the people of Iraq will get the electricity, but I believe this will serve up a huge insult to the people, and could bring even more anger to the surface.
  10. I think this thread needs to be closed before somebody gets hurt. Playgrounds can be a dangerous place.
  11. I think he has tossed back a few. Sounds like a fabulous idea!
  12. Hey, don't blame that on us....
  13. Nor is your placement ... This is not a rumor, it is news.
  14. That is rich..... Well, at least now knows he was not the first and he has a script to follow. So, now, get the hell out! Seriously.....
  15. I have read that exceptions would be made to the published dates when you have an event of this magnitude.
  16. (1) No bank lending (2) No consumer spending (3) High Unemployment (4) M3 money contraction (5) Real Estate deleveraging Which of these five is not currently happening?
  17. Thank you rdb. This, and all of the other information and research that you share with us, is appreciated very much. Stay safe. Carrello
  18. Riley, you are right. Lonzworth, I apologize for my comment. But all those people that gave me a negative, do you think, perhaps, we have seen this type of post a few times, if not a few hundred, and they have never panned out. My suggestion for members that would like to post a comment that can be blown full of holes from the start, is to hold off on the initial post, and wait until you have solid, viable information. It would really save a lot of wasted time for many. At this point, these types of posts are simply sport.
  19. geterdone, you get a +1 from me. I bet his good friend's brother-in-law's pastor is married to a a manager at Chase and her best friend is a teller at Wells Fargo. Oh, and they all were just trained on a de la Rue machine.
  20. After the RV, I think converting dollars to yuan might be a really good idea.
  21. imgesing, I agree with everyhting you stated. I am not sure who is controlling the RV - it is probably a group of financiers across the globe, but Iraq exploding is bad for everyone, except China and Iran. I also believe (I know nothing - this is what seems to common sense to me) that they will RV high to keep keep foreign investors out, and perhaps it would only be a psychological affect. Only the Chinese and Iran would like to see Iraq get into trouble and take control. And after what we have invested and our appetite for oil, we are not going to let that happen. Just my two cents.......
  22. You may want to look at the MB in Egypt and the difference that this organization has with other MB in other countries. They are anti-American, which I do not support. But they are secular and not a wild jihadist group. I have seen Fox talking about how radical this Egyptian group is and how they want Sharia Law, but there are plenty of journalists that know this group well that say that they are not radical - Peter Bergen is one journalist that have said this. He is in country and knows the individuals. It seems there are two stories to every story. Thanks you for comment and perspective.
