their are too many of us who have carried unloaded weapons on military flights that have gone to a commercial airport to refuel for you to say this... I have personally been on both types of flights so for you to say something like this just goes to show your level of ignorance as to there being more than one way things are done via the military... That is basically what he said in the interview with DD and he said he will know from the CBI the exact rate... he will then open up shop at several locations and give us the rate we lock in at... the only thing we owe is 150 per million....
