I read this article 3 times. While I am by no means fluent in Iraqi Pig Latin, I feel like this article is a threat by Obeidi, to three other Iraqi politicians. My take on this jibberish is that unless these 3 come up with their 5 million DOLLARS apiece, Obeidi is gonna drop a dime on them all. I totally agree with Prime Minister Abaidi, ANY & ALL caught stealing, embezzling or extorting the Iraqi citizens funds, should be indicted, tried & sentenced.
