Chuck Finley was one of my favorite characters and Burn Notice was, I believe, my favorite television series of all time. I sure do miss the episodes! Thank you for the message of optimism, Adam! Hanging tough and hoping that all of this patience is rewarded this year. Got involved with my purchase in 2010, added to it, lost a ton of money to Sterling Currency ("Dinar Banker" back then) on their "reserve" program, witnessed about 4 or 5 nightly call groups come and go, witnessed a couple of "Gurus" get frog-walked off to jail, watched everything fall flat where hardly any information of any value was available anywhere. All the while Dinar Vets has been here and the message has been consistent, as has been the post-RV platform. As a Platinum VIP and an OSI name reserve member, this 72 year old Army Vet will be looking to "celebrate" with anyone who will celebrate with me when the time comes. Love ya all!

For those of us who have deposits with Warka Bank, what are the ramifications for us created by the Iraqi government takeover of the bank. Is this bad news for us, or will we probably come out of it ok, in your opinion?

How much do you feel that we (as well as the Iraqi citizens) are at the mercy of Maliki, Allawi, and the fragmented Parliament to act on matters that will benefit the citizens of their own country? Are we totally at their mercy or are there, as some allude to, substantial outside pressures from international big money interests that can move this forward in spite of the cadre of morons internal to Iraq?

When I was selling new homes and condos (Great gig!) I quickly found out how emotionally charged the new construction of one's future home can be. I'm convinced that I have no doubt found something (the RV of the IQD) that makes the former look mild by comparison, my own occasional fits of impatience included. None-the-less, sorry dealers, I ain't sellin'.

Adam: Thank you! LittleMissGrits: It would probably be presumptuous to assume that you are not in the VIP. But if you're not, an exceptionally wise investment would be to spring for it. You can then go to work and study some asset preservation strategy that might help you to offset the impact of the "thivery" that you say you are so averse to. (None of us are dying to overpay our taxes - but our own personal feelings will not make whatever "surprises" the government has for us go away.) The VIP will provide you with some options that you may not be aware that you have at the current time. Options are always good, whether you personally chose to take advantage of them or not. Your participation in the VIP will, possibly, introduce to some legal options to avoid (not evade) overpayment. You can then decide for yourself whether you do or do not chose to exercise a particular option, based on your discussions with your advisers. I'm not schilling for Adam. As of last night, and carrying on into this morning, when I try to access www.warka-bank.com I get the message the the bandwidth is exceeded for the site owner. Is anyone else experiencing this problem. Any remedy, other than just waiting for them to get it fixed internally? I just funded my account and sent an email requesting confirmation. Does the fact that their site has been crashed have any bearing on their receipt of my email?

Adam; I am getting ready to fund my Warka Bank account (I have my account numbers) with $450.00 on Monday 6/27/11. Finally got some funds together. 1. When they (Warka) say that they want a "signed request" by email, I know that you are not a mind reader, but can you tell me what they mean by "signed request" and how I would go about transacting such a thing? 2. Mohammed Issa's letter to me states that "with all the above information our bank will successfully receive your wire transfer within a week .......". Do you know if they will grant me the exchange rate to convert funds in my USD account to IQD based upon the day of my wire, or if they will not grant an exchange rate until after that referenced week, meaning that I would likely have to buy IQD out of my USD account at the post RV rate? I.E., do you think that I am going to be too late to do this if we have our RV on the 30th? Thank you very much for you input and opinions on this, whatever you can offer.
