I don't know what good it is, to have parliament in session, without Allawi, and his bunch?? Seems to me, that if they do pass some laws, or do some readings, that they won't be valid?? Anyone that can shine a little light on this situation?? Are these sessions really accomplishing anything?? Living the nightmare, hoping for the dream!!! Go RV!!!

That is funny!!! Last year, someone else had said the samething about the 2011 budget, when they were having problems getting that done. Now we are here, and they are having problems getting their 2012 budget done. They are never going to be a get it done kind of country!!! Although, we seem to be having the same issues!! We seem to go 2-3 months at a time budget!!! Anway, thank you for the post, and Go RV!!!

Thank you Stryker, I appreciate that! The only thing I am thinking, is that this article is like all their articles...part truths. Do we really know that this finance committee has any real authority to make these decisions? It seems that they are just a comittee to run things through, and that the real authority is the parliment, for approval. I haven't seen much approval's coming out of Parliment. That is really the only reason I doubt their sincerity in this article. I respect your opinion, and I really hope you are right on. Go RV!!!

They seem to be continually educating the Iraqi's, which is a very good sign. I have seen this article a few times now, and I am sure that the Iraqi's have too. I think we are getting close, otherwise, why would they keep running these over and over? Go RV!!!

I personally don't think that we are in any stages right now. This is just saying that when they do it???, that there will be 3 stages. This is the second article like this, over the last couple of weeks, so let's hope that we are getting closer. First, and foremost, they need to get parliment back to work, officially, and get all the loose ends tied up, and then they can start the stages....JMHO. Go RV!!!

I bought my first 750,000 from them. Actually, some of them have been circulated, which at the time concerned me a little, but have had them checked, and they are good. No problem with them, that I know of. Go RV!!!

Free Floating at CBI....I think not!!! As far as I know, and can see, it is very stable at CBI. It may float against the dollar, but that doesn't make it Free Floating. Remember though ..... I am not a GURU!!! Go RV!!!

I don't know if I am understanding this, but it appears to me, and I hope I am wrong, but it seems to be saying that their dinar is equal to our dollar, but that right now, they don't want to RV. Thank you for the post!!! This could be great. It seems like they are finding, and opening oil fields right and left. This should make the HCL laws a little easier, if they keep it up.
