I assumed that having an llc in nevada or wyoming would preclude state tax and be a good shelter. Do you have to pay both income tax and self employment tax or are they not the same thing ?? To have an llc cash out the dinar instead of me in NC would save about 10 percent tax. Clarification would be nice and thanks for the post. Ed
