George T Horvat 18th October 2018 at 16:32 # Unless “VERY” powerful people are holding the fifteen year old high denomination notes I for one fear that they will be recalled at a much lower rate for a short period of time before they are deemed worthless. In all probability they will also only be valid within the boundaries of the nation of Iraq itself. In other words I strongly suspect that all of us (ordinary) people will be screwed.
