Actually it is not a done deal, it has not even been voted on my the Senate and many congressmen have not even read it yet (per talk radio shows this morning) and there is a good chance it wont pass bc the republican are not happy about all the cuts to the military. So it is still up in the air.

I do not buy Adam or anyone about the rate coming out at .85 cents. It is not in the best interest of Iraq period. Shabbi has already stated he want to return it to the rate of the pre Saddam era when it was in the 3s and ive seen contracts sign with Iraq also in the 3s. A lot of you will be happy to be wrong when it comes out a lot higher than .85

Like the post but if you think that Iraq has not signed any new contracts with any companies in the world (esp oil) with approx rate in it, then you are sadly mistaken. That would mean they are not preparing for they finical growth at all. Which we all not is not the case because they stand to make a lot of money.

All due respect to Adam and what he does, but the rate will come out around 3 to start. Iraq has many Contracts already signed at around that rate. To come in at 1 would lose them MANY contracts.
