I think they want this just as bad as the rest of us. I believe they mean well, but as has been stated over and over....This is Iraq. The laws of common sense do not apply with these people. I'm sure they know that when they post info and it doesn't happen that way, that they know they will be bashed. Yet they continue. Why? I believe it is because they believe what is being relayed to them. I don't think they do it to be popular. I think they have people they believe they can trust, and they just relay what they hear. If they kept it all to themselves, or if we eliminated the "Rumors" section completely then we would prob'ly know less. When I read a rumor, it gets me thinking. So then I research what I'm thinking. Then I learn more. Also, there are some people who enjoy reading the rumors to keep the dream alive. I mean, let's say this thing flops completely and we all lose big time. I would rather have had the dream and the happiness that comes with it then nothing at all. I'm ready for this to happen tomorrow. I'm also ready for this thing to happen next year. I did not buy more dinar then I could afford, so I can just keep it safe and sound where it is. If it happens five years from now, so be it. Life goes one. If it wasn't for these gurus, I think this place would be boring. Just my two cents.

Sometimes people do thing without leaving evidence. It's a sad truth. Two hundred years ago, they would try to investigate a murder and of course they would usually give up or blame the wrong person. Today, we MUST continue until someone is blamed (Often the wrong person due to the DA needing to stick someone). Let's hope in the future, we figure this out.

Great story of heroism....I'm only sorry it was tainted by appearing in a thread about a murdering mother. I swear to God, if I knew a child was trapped in a burning car or some other potentially deadly situation, I would risk my life without thought to try to save that child. I have a beautiful daughter and a wonderful son. There is nothing I would not do to protect them. I would die to save them. This ***** didn't give two rats asses about her daughter. Her daughter died from her actions. She should have to pay the price of each year that beautiful Cayley was deprived of. There is no justice here. There is no justice in the ME. I think they're trying to catch morons (sorry, those of ignorance) who maybe recently heard about the dinars, but don't enough that those are no longer any good. To many people, when you say Iraq...they think Sadam.

People need a place to vent, and these guys put themselves in the line of fire. It's just like the way we make fun of politicians with sill cartoons in the newspapers. We know that sometimes there's a piece of useful information...but like you said, it's usually a bunch of the same old things.

I think I figured something out. All these "Gurus" seem to have these sources that are "way way way" up there. After reading this post, I realized that their sources are the other gurus. Seriously. I read one "guru" claiming something. Then all of a sudden, another gets a call from a source saying the same thing. I think they are all each others' sources. JMO.
