We will offer customers who have purchased from Dinar Trade the option to lock in a rate for the time of their appointment. Our rate will be based on the Central Bank of Iraq's buy rate. I hear everyone saying Ali will offer the CBI rate...this says their rate will be based on the CBI rate, meaning their rate could very well be different, but will go up or down when the CBI's rate flucuates.

just checked alghurauexchange.com and the current rate for IQD is about 300 IQD per dirham and about 3.6 dirham per USD, for what it's worth...those were round off amounts, not exact

Bradley- welcome to the site. Thanks for the post. As someone stated earlier, posting something of that extent or with any negativity will get you bashed..a lot. This is because everyone has their reasons for being here. Some like to learn. Some like to teach. Some like to praise. Many like to bash, though. This is because it's the cowards ultimate reward. They can sit from the safety of their computer chair and say whatever they want to someone without any chance of physical ramifications, and this gives them a feeling of false empowerment that helps cover up their real life shortcomings. Anyways, welcome.

Keylime...thanks for the post and for the follow ups. In the future, for everyone, it would be a great idea to do exactly what Keylime did and keep us informed regularly on any important info regarding a rumor. Too many just blurt out a pumpers line and it leads to all the distasteful, immature, and inappropriate comments that a long standing member of our forums should never have to endure. Key, I give you kudos for not losing your cool and getting to the bottom of things, but it showed everyone that they shouldn't deliver a pizza and forget to put on the mushrooms because it'll get thrown back in your face, no matter how tasty it might still be.

China would never RV for the sake of the "people"...they could care less about the masses. If the RV benefits the people in charge, they'd slit their neighbors throats to make it happen.

I've been fairly quiet on these boards, having watched them for months but only registering recently because i was getting bored of just reading. If the term "newbie" upsets you, you're only stoking other peoples fires. Some people get a kick out of trying to minimalize others to make themselves feel bigger because they signed up 8 months ago and said "nice post" 300 times. Whatever. I don't care one way or the other because when this all explodes, we'll all be happy. Now for trusting Ali...I have no reason not to. He's been the open door for my future success. Do I trust him or his place of business to walk in carrying millions of dollars worth of tender? Probably not....and here's why When this finally explodes, it won't be a secret within a certain circle...Me, You, Everyone on these boards, Ali, and his EMPLOYERS. Do you really think there is no chance of some schmuck working for Ali in Door Knob, Arkansas or where ever his outposts will be that will be thinking. "Hmmm...I'm making 13 bucks an hour taking reservations for these guys who are going to be walking in here with millions of dollars worth of dinar. Think I'll have my cousins mug one of them as they get near." People have robbed heavily armed banks and armored cars for a lot less money than some of you will be walking in there with, thinking you're conceled firearms permit might finally come in handy. Not trying to scare anyone, but just think about it. I'm not saying I don't trust Ali, but I just don't trust the situation. Before saying that they are out of line in declaring these executions because that's not what the USA would do, you have to remember, they aren't in the USA. Just because we sent our troops over there and cleaned house doesn't mean we have the right to tell them how to run their laws. If we insist that they run things the way we want them run, why not place our own govt. officials over there? They are a fledgling govt and will iron out the wrinkles as they see fit. You have to remember, even George Washington owned slaves....was it seen wrong then?

So by your math, instead of costing about a dollar, the item would cost 1/10 of a penny....by knocking off the zeros, the price per dinar would have to go up 1000x also. If the dinar didn't go up in value, every Iraqi would suddenly lose 99.9% of their wealth.

I'd just move the family and I back home...kids still have all their grandparents and they all deserve to be around each other...also have a little fishing hole that misses me greatly
