All I was saying was I found it funny u are sooo against the rial (buying it) and u say u seem to not judge ppl but u have alot to say when someone says they invested/bought rials due to "insert reason here". And u are against it because security, but ur not afraid of ur security from ur own country? (no need to answer that) I'm done with this conversation.

I was hoping to go buy more at a bank since ebay auctions have doubled. If I can get almost 30,000 per 1$ that would b great..... Ebay has them 12-13$ (and some are higher) for 100,000.

What's the rate the banks offer 30,000 rials to $1 (around that??)

Well I'm hoping it's higher than 1750. You would have to own 100s of millions to make a decent amount. Like I said before I just bought some to get my foot in the door (plan on buying more) but if it would go to 1750 tomorrow , 3 million would only b 1,700 dollars. I was hoping for 2 more zero's lol.

This doesn't make sense to me because they don't even use the USD.

Anyone watch/listen to a guy on YouTube named currency365... He posted a buncha videos (just of him talking) giving his take on the rial (along with the dinar). He is saying he likes the rial because the CBI is saying that they plan on reinstating the rial to 10 cents per 1 USD.... Then floating it to 1-1 within 6 months. Just curious if anyone has seen his posts or heard of the CBI saying they are going to be reinstating the rial after the sanctions are lifted and some type of nuclear deal is done?!?!?!?!? I just can't see it going to 1-1 since it's worth less than iraq. I'll b happy if it reinstates to .10 but I think that's stretching it. Anyone wanna take a guess what it will bump up to after the nuclear deal is made?!?

U sure about that?? The eBay auctions for the 50k notes are a pre-sale, says he (the eBay seller) will have the 50k notes sent out to him on or around Dec 18th....im pretty sure same goes for the Web site that u can buy them off of as well.

Seems to be taking baby steps in the right direction, do u think it will take any huge leaps here n there?

well I think it's a good sign they are printing lower notes. Hoping the big notes 50k/100k are used for business like Adam said, most ppl won't see those.

And we wonder y there are so many delays. 50k is for deleting the zero's.... Now it's not for deleting the zero's. Do they have this much difficulty picking what they want to eat when they go to a restaurant?

I looked on 1 website and they said they aren't selling due to the sanctions.... Would it b OK to just buy them off ebay? And wait till the sanctions are lifted to cash in??

I don't understand y removing the larger notes is a big deal... instead of ppl having 4 - 25000 notes now they got 1 - 100,000 what does that do? Most of the time when u go to a store and they give u change back u don't say O can I have 2-5s instead of a 10 I mean it is nice so u don't have a pocket full of bills but I would think if they are going electronic (bank cards) whos going to use cash/paper anyways?

Hi Adam, question about the 50,000/100,000 notes, if they are going to print them, would this be a good or bad thing? Do u think it would slow down the RV? Make the rate come out lower????

If they have to go internationally can't they just stay the same rate as now (1166)??
