Once again I am asking for help. I tried again with the email vip@dinarvets.com and it came back with permanent fatal error. I have been asking since Sept. 25 for someone from the staff to contact me via my email address. I know you have it on file because I have gotten emails from Adam. I have been a member since 2010. I would HATE for all of my money I have paid to be in vain here at the end. I have paid my renewal and I have a receipt showing just that; however, I am not showed as a VIP member on this site. I am begging once again for someone to contact me. PLEASE

I just sent another email to vip@dinarvets.com and once again it was returned. The message said that vip@dinarvets has a permanent fatal error. Please check my records and email me what we need to do to get this problem resolved. I have been at this since September 25. I know you have my email because you have sent me emails before. I have been a VIP member for a long time and I do not want all my money wasted here at the end just because no one will contact me to help me get this problem straight. Please do something.

Do you think Julie could send me an email. My email address should still be on record. I have been emailing to both VIP@dinarvets.com and vip@dinarvets.com for days. All of the emails are returned. I really need to get this problem resolved.

Does anyone have an administrator's email address. I have been trying since the 21st to get someone to correct a problem with my payment. I have emailed the information to VIP@dinarvets.com several times and it keeps getting returned. I have paid my money for VIP, but I am not registered. Administration should have my email on file. My VIP subscription expired on Sept. 25, on Sept 21 I renewed my subscription. On Sept. 23, I got an email from Dinar Vets saying my subscription would expire. I have been trying to get this problem solved since then. I have sent several emails to VIPdinarvets.com and they have all been returned. I have a receipt showing I have paid my VIP dues for three more months. I have been a member for a few years and the only other time I have had a problem was last time I renewed. I don't know what is happening, but could you please correct this. My transaction number is ************ and my invoice number is *****************-USD. I am trying to get reach one of the administrators. I have tried the email address (VIPdinarvets.com) but it keeps being returned. Does anyone have the correct email address.

I paid to renew my membership but they did not update it. I have my invoice number for proof of payment. Who do I need to contact and how do I contact them. They are now showing that I am not a VIP member any longer.

If one is already a VIP member, but pays every three months, are we able to continue with the membership once you close VIP? I heard that we could not renew our membership if it ends after you stop the VIP membership.

Heavyduty053, I agree. There is no reason to be rude. A lot of people are new at this and just want to be sure they understand.
