I wouldn't go so far as to say there aren't any decent retired teachers. Maybe you don't know any but one of my employee's is a retired teacher. A very decent lady ( very smart ). She worked 3 jobs after her husband left her and has 3 childern that are upstanding individuals. She deserves many jewels in her crown. The thing that bothers me is how her premiums went sky high on her insurance, plus through all her mess she had a son that has a heart murmur.
