The central bank's plan for reducing its Iraqi dinar
Serenity replied to djgabrielie's topic in Iraq & Dinar Related News
They will never tell the world the absolute truth....No country can...It's a matter of their national security....There is a thing called moral suasion used in banking....They have to be transparent, but only up to a point...Market sensitive information has to remain hidden....If everything was spilled, it could literally destroy a country's economy...It's up to us outsiders to read between the lines and speculate............And what happens with the dinar is market sensitive info. -
Don't pay attention to them..........I, for one, appreciate it...Thanks!!!!

You know what the best give away is if you''re worried about a lop....COINS!!! The only reason to have coins is to make change, right? This could only mean a much higher value to make change for..... Seen all articles mentioning coins, lately?

Both will have the same purchasing power....Let's say that 100,000 dinar has the purchasing power of 100 USD, pre RV....Post RV, 100,000 dinar (minus the three zeros) will now co-exist with new 100 dinar notes till all three zero notes are pulled out of circulation (and that is done through daily transactions) and the new 100 dinar notes will have the same purchasing power as the old 100,000 notes (100,000 is just being used as an example). The pre RV 100,000 and post RV 100 will have the same purchasing power....Value (buying power) concentrated from trillions into billions...
-
The three zeros will be removed from the value, not the notes.....The three zero notes will be physically pulled out of circulation....We are looking at the contraction of value ...1,000 =1 equal value...That is increased buying power for the Iraqi people....For us, we are exchanging into dollars, the value of the every 1 dinar for every dinar we hold....And yes, you are wrong!!

There is a World Court....It presides over disputes between countries. It is also known as the International Court of Justice. The court/courts is located at the Hague.

Au contrare!!! The USA has everything to do with it....Its part of THE PLAN....The USA had the currency printed for them, at our expense, and then allowed the CBI to sell dinars for dollars....That's how the CBI built up their reserves...Now those reserves will back the dinar and raise its value....Countries holding IQD will be paid back monies owed (debt from Saddam era) or oil will be purchased at a discounted rate, etc. The dinar revalue (reinstatement?) is part of the final negotations going on between the USA and Iraq, and Iraq and other countries....And it is an important part of Chapter VII release...If we don't see it spelled out in articles or on the news, that is because IT IS SENSITIVE INFORMATION.

"Central Bank Governor Sinan al-Shabibi said he was in talks with the prime minister, Noor al-Maliki, on how to go ahead with the bid to issue dinars with lower denomination and higher appreciation" . How could this be a bad thing
