Well said... if they were going to LOP they would have done it years ago... Instead they've been dollarizing the country and bringing in as much IQD as possible through their auctions. Sounds to me they know exactly what they've reduced to in country in terms of how much IQD is still floating around (in country). A LOP would do nothing for them.. i think anybody that still believes a LOP is probable hasn't really educated themselves

I suffered from High blood pressure for a long time... and the doctor told me, look, Id love to put you on blood pressure meds but there's really no need to... he said "YOU ARE NOT DRINKING ENOUGH WATER! YOU ARE DEHYDRATED"... now that along with 3000mg's of Vitamin C with lycene (sp?) my blood pressure has remained normal with no spikes... pretty incredible. If you're on blood pressure meds, I know most have side effects... but ask your doctor about this... it worked for me... and yes, most of the world is chronically dehydrated, which can lead to inflammation and acidity which leads to every debiliating dis-ease known to man...

It's my understanding IRAQ hasn't had an open budget since 2009. With the SBA agreement expiring February 23, with no extension in site.. they need to open their budget. They've been an observer of the WTO since 2003. It's required that a country must observe for a min of 5 years. I see WTO ascension right around the corner, and I believe they need a recognizable and globally traded currency at a minimum of 1:1. Now I may be wrong, but my research has showed that this is accurate. Remember, the 2013 budget will historically be the largest budget in IRAQ's history. It's been stated throughout all the media outlets in IRAQ that the 2013 budget will take care of all the necessities and needs of the IRAQI citizens. We should see news on the HCL soon as well.. It's all coming together. There are many different theories... I think it's safe to say that something HUGE is about to happen... We are either going to make money, break even or lose our butts. I'm optimistic! I think we're going to make a fortune!
