Just trying to help you. You can't send the Dinars through UPS or FedEx. They won't ship currency and they won't insure it either. I know I received my Dinars from DinarTrade via FedEx, but they must have a special deal because they are a licensed trader ( and probably worked out shipping and insurance ahead of time ). You can ship in registered mail and insure it through the Post Office. They don't ask what is inside. I just filled out an insurance slip - no problem.

Saw your post about FedEx. Just tryng to help. I've sold some of my dinars to members on this site. You cannot send them FedEx or UPS. They won't ship currency and they won't insure your package either. You have to ship them registered mail! Hope this helps if you haven't tried to ship dinars before now.

I live on Long Island, New York. I recently saw a number of posts where someone said the bank screens were at $0, etc., no banks were buying or selling, and it was ready to happen. I went to my local bank ( where I have my accounts ) the other day and they were still buying and selling dinars ( all the majors here were doing neither ). They were offering to by at 68 cents on the dollar. Since it's still an exotic currency with no market, we just have to be patient for now. When it RV's, there will be to much money in the game for other banks, which all need money, not to jump in and deal ( at that point it will no longer to exotic ).

I received a phone call yesterday telling me that the US Treasury placed sanctions on the Iraqi Dinar. Banks can now no longer buy or sell the dinar. We called TD Bank to verify this since they were still buying and not selling, and they are now neither buying or selling. Hopefully this action is stopping everything so that the RV can then proceed in an orderly way.
