Thanks Ron for the post... To everyone else, Over a year ago when I first started reading Franks posts I myself thought he was nuts..... Although his style of writing is unorthodox Frank does not give dates but does give a rate with a thorough explanation for his reasoning of such rate and his information is usually spot on. If you can get past his strange ramblings he is very knowlegable and most of his stuff is pretty accurate. IMO

I'm not bashing you so this is not meant to ridicule. Everyone understands the tremendous wealth potential of Iraq but don't think for one minute that Iraq can't come out at .30 or even .10 to start and then work itself up to.... let's say 3.22. That scenario can happen. I for one don't agree with such a low rate being sensible due to speculators destroying Iraq at that rate. BUT, a low rate such as .30 can happen.. Just a thought

From the people that know EXACTLY what is going on. Don't ask because I won't tell where it came from. I was told there are still a few hoops that Iraq must jump through to do to RV, I was told that at the outside it would take 3 weeks. But I was assured that there would be an RV. I was also told there would be alot of smoke and mirrors and don't believe them. I was also told they are hopeful that it wouldn't take that long but to keep in mind this is Iraq. Also it is imperative for everyone to submit both the FINCEN 104 and 105 forms or risk having problems with exchanging your Dinar. I am working on getting permission to post this information so that everyone is protected. Let me just tell you with great authourity that BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING!!!!

Case and Point..... their was a Desert Storm vet who was invested in the KWD he did in fact get frustrated with waiting and sold his KWD to another investor. 4 months later the KWD RI'd. Now can you imagine the mental anguish that this young man must have been going through.

JMO... I do feel that Shabibi of CBI holds the cards. I do think that Shabibi has outstanding Character and means what he says when he see's a complete Ministrial GOI he will do what he said and increase the value of the IQD. And not a moment before. I am sure that their are other powers to be outside of Iraq that are all holding hands behind closed doors with Shabibi to make sure the iceing is just right on the cake.
