  1. Can anyone here show any verifiable substantuated information backed by published intel and real people directly involved, with a conduit of direct correspondence with them, that the revaluation of the Iraqi Dinar is and will happen in the next six months? If so please post your proof and names of resources and published and verifiable sources of information. Thank you for all proven or provable facts posted.

    Again with the I-paid-my-money-where-is-my-guaranteed-return query??

Otherwise known as Fire, Ready, Aim ... This is happening almost weekly now.

IF this guy really has any IQD.

Cocklebur, you're barely worth our time here, but please read the archives. Then hover over the tea leaves a little bit. Next look at all the "pinned" posts on this board. If you DO have IQD, you are probably smart to let it ride.

If that doesn't appeal to you or make sense, then you can probably sell it for 80-90% of what you paid for it -- not bad for a 'failed' investment.

  2. Just a loud 'shout out' to the Mods for having a quicker trigger lately when it comes to closing unproductive threads.

    I, for one, thank you.

    Please continue with this trend.

  3. Thank you very much On_Reserve for that statement. I often wonder

the same thing. I understand when someone wants to sell, that is their

right. For many it simply has become too much to deal with after years of

hype and lies and half truths, it gets old. Some can wait it out, others choose not to.

It is simply a personal decision for some. He has stated clearly why he is selling, he

needs to offer NO additional explanation.

Fummins, all my best to you and please take good care my friend. :D

    All my best! :)

    ---

    Jim,

I'll throw one more thing in here.

The thing is ... we've ALL got quit in us (please hold the arrows).

What I mean is ... If this didn't RV in the next 5-10 years, I would be gone. If it doesn't RV by the end of this year (depending on how the tea leaves look), I may divest by then (probably not, but maybe). Who cares. And who cares what another does with his/her financial decisions. And 'we' have NO idea what another's financial situation is like.

When people attack people on this board for their beliefs or their actions, it says more about the attacker than it does about the person being attacked. As far as I can tell, about 50% of the people on this board may be crazy ... but what's that got to do with me? Nothing.

Presently, I like my investment (speculation). That may change like it did today for fummins.

    All the best,

  4. Really getting tired of hearing, $3.00, $2.86, .86 and now .30 to $1.00. Does anyone really have any idea as to what is going on and back it up with facts? After 7 years, really getting tired of all the guess work.

After frequenting this site for o-so-many months, do you really need to ask this question? No, no one REALLY has any idea. But, my opinion, is that the $3+'ers are medicating with a lot of medical marijuana ...

$1-1 would be awesome; $0.50 would be incredible ...

  5. whoever posted that they were selling dinars is full of sh!7 ! they had enough money to invest $3-4,000 , but now they want to sell ,for what, to get a few thousand back , whether it RV's or not....

doesnt make since... unless they stole them. I think its just to get a rise out of everyone ;)

Why are you so threatened by someone else making a decision for themselves? Doesn't make sense.

  6. Wow, you will be a fool to sell them and you will regret it. Mark my words!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now go to sleep.

Why, when people post that they are moving on from this investment, do others always take it upon themselves to try to talk them out of it? Or, why do people always put individuals down when they decide to divest of the IQD? It has nothing to do with 'us'!

If you want fummins IQD at an agreed upon price, then contact him and buy it. If not, let him be ...

  7. DW,

I posted this a couple weeks ago after looking into the same question that you raise ... the Roth IRA is, without a doubt, the best place to hold your dinar. You can get the 5-year wait waived using Rule 72t.

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So ... I've spent some time looking into this matter in order to prepare myself for the RV that we've all been waiting for ... You may find this useful as well. If no RV occurs, then you can probably disregard as you won't have enough money in your respective IRA's for this strategy to be helpful (I know I won't).

Personally, most of my iraqi dinar is in my IRA. I've got enough outside of my IRA to pay off the mortgage -- assuming a plus $.60 RV -- but I had a small amount of money from a previous employer that was just sitting in a Money Market in a 401K after my separation from them so I converted it to an IRA and then a Roth IRA to insure that any appreciation would be distributed to me tax free at what (I thought) would need to be age 59.5. Not so, due to Rule 72t of the IRS tax code. Because of Rule 72t you can take money out of your IRA at any time, but with very strict parameters. I KNOW you don't believe it (I didn't either), but check it out before you chit all over this thread. The best place to familiarize yourself with all of this detail is 72t dot net. I'm not affiliated or even in the galaxy of this type of business, but the facts are there ... or anywhere else you google. IF you get into the wrong google search, you will find people who will insist that what I am stating is absolutely untrue. If you have been holding dinar for very long, you should be used to people telling you that you are crazy by now ... so plow through until you understand the facts and parameters of Rule 72t.

Here is some detail based on the concerns that I thought I understood before I really understood the possibility of early access to my Roth IRA.

    1) It is legal under almost any circumstance to access your IRA (Roth or Traditional) before you turn age 59.5 and before your Roth IRA has reached 5 years old (if you are already older than age 59.5). And I'm NOT talking hardship. There is paperwork involved which you can research and understand yourself or receive from your advisor. Depending on your personal situation, this may NOT be a good move. But it will be legal. For example, let's say you are 47 and you have $3M in your IRA after the iraqi dinar RV's. If you allocate all of the $3M into an IRS approved 72t SEPP plan (account), then (based on today's interest rates) you could receive approximately $130K per year until you are age 59.5 at which time there would be no restrictions on your withdrawals. Your account value at the end of these series of distributions would be approximately $2.2M (again depending on interest rate fluctuations). This example uses the Amortization method which you will come to understand if you look into this. Yes, I realize you can leave your IRA untouched and in that case your account value would be far higher for you at age 59.5. For me, if we RV above $0.60, I am looking to really slow down and I will likely utilize this strategy in order to do so. For further clarification in keeping with the example above, if the $3M in your IRA is in a Roth IRA, then your $130K annual distribution would be tax free (you may also take your distributions monthly or quarterly). Again, there are extremely strict parameters in order to do this so get an advisor involved. NO -- to restate -- I am NOT an advisor.

    2) I can already hear it ... there is a 5 year waiting period before you can access any funds from a Roth IRA. True, but by taking advantage of Rule 72t -- this restriction is waived.

    Caveats.

    A. The younger you are and the lower your account value, the less (per distribution) that you can access. It is set up as a series of even distributions until age 59.5.

    B. If you do this, you will likely need to see the distributions through to age 59.5 or you WILL have a tax bill. You cannot stop and start this strategy.

    C. I'm single, no kids, so I'm looking for a cash flow and flexibility. This may NOT be a good idea for you if you don't feel total financial freedom based on 72t parameters or other financial objectives once the RV hits.

    Finally.

If you have dinar in your IRA, I encourage you to look into how you can convert this to a ROTH. This is a sound strategy for getting a tax free RV. See DTrade's website and click on the button for how to by dinars in your IRA. DTrade/Entrust can probably help on the Roth conversion as well.

    Hope this helps,

  8. I don't know alot about how group insurance works, but let me throw this out for you all to dwell on. There seams to be several thousand dinar holders that could be, will be millionairs soon and will quit their jobs. Could we as a large group get a group insurance policy? If so how? :)

No. It would be impossible. And unless you are uninsurable, you are better off (and it is less expensive) to buy an individual policy.

  9. I just watched this video on YouTube:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e0qavI1UKgg

After watching this, I am now seriously questioning my Dinar investment. He is basically saying he is a former pumper who has seen the light and and is now telling all his people to GET OUT NOW and the the RV is just a big pipe dream.

    Your thoughts please.

I believe this video has been around since last summer.

Regardless of what you have been told ... it's true, the IQD may never RV (at least as people think or expect). I always recommend that people go back and read Adam's book because it offers the most level-headed perspective on the IQD. The IQD investment DOES make sense (and it IS legal) but due to so many circumstances unforeseen or unexpected, it may never happen OR it may not happen for a very long time.

I still like the post of a few months ago where someone had testified that they had seen a psychic about their IQD investment. The psychic stated that this iraqi dinar investment was looking favorable and would likely pay off very well IN 2016. This crystal ball pronouncement is likely as accurate as all the tea-leaf-reading done by those on various websites.

Unless you NEED the money that you have in the IQD, I'd hold on to it. And wait. And be prepared for a $0.10 - $0.33 RV, NOT $3+ or anywhere near that.

All that said, I would definitely accept an RV next week ... or the week after that ... or the week after that ... or the week after that (as prognosticated).

  10. Kmagina,

If you have decided to buy more IQD, then putting them in a Roth IRA is absolutely the best way to do it ...

See dinartrade.com and click on the button (on the left) that pertains to buying dinar in your IRA.

Also, I am unclear as to whether the 5 year rule applies for people over 59.5. But if it does, then you can still have the 5 year rule waived (whether or not one is 59.5) by using Rule 72t of the tax code. I looked into this extensively and it is viable. I am 46 and I have a 1 year old Roth IRA and I've got everything set to access this money upon RV -- tax free and without penalty. Do not let anyone tell you that this is not viable b/c it is!

Get advice on how to use Rule 72t. See: 72t.net.

  11. HEY what is your problem. This is the question section and I had a question. OBVIOUSLY i wanted an answer thats why I asked DUHHHH!!!

I wasnt putting you or anyone else down, I was minding my own business and had a genuine question. The is Nothing disengenouus ABOUT me. If it makes you feel better to put me down or be mean to me, I hope you have an AWESOME day.

Since you asked ... this may be a bit harsh, but I believe it's warranted.

Hopefulrv, you have over 223 posts yet within 12 minutes of your original question, you post:

"Apparently we have 28 users and not a single one has the ANSWER... they are lurking in hopes to get it to (sic)! Well maybe the Dinar isnt what all these people are claiming... If NO ONE can show us that, then we know the DINAR REVALUE IS BS"

If you were listed as a Newbie, I could see how your impatience and lack of decorum might occur. Please be real: you were the one attacking. And please don't claim that you were joking as evidenced by your next post (7 minutes after the one listed above):

"People open your eyes lets realize this together... NO ONE NOT ANYONE in IRAQ has said there will be an RV.. Thats a hard fact to face... WOW all this time, I have been believing and hoping for NOTHING.. That sucks Im DEPPRESSED"

    Five minutes later you write:

"48 LURKERS with nothing to say?? Comeon people this is OUR investment... you dont have ANYTHING to contribute??"

All of this from you, who later claimed that you had spent 50 hours reading about the dinar investment. Granted, my reaction was a bit sarcastic. But I stand by it. Because you give the appearance of knowledge, it is surprising that your questions are akin to watching the movie Wall Street and afterwords asking 'Who won the Super Bowl?' This is why I stated that it appears that there is more underlying your approach and your overall dialogue on this thread.

Please NOTE that there are "pinned" posts at the top of each category topic. If you were to read all of these, you would then have a thorough reference background.

You have an awesome day as well.

  12. YES I am INVESTED yes I have spent more then 50 hours reading thank you very much

Were you reading it in the original Arabic??

I am all for gathering information, but something in your approach here (or within your original question) seems disingenuous.

  13. THANKS FROTO.. As for YOU JURY I can handle my own investment thank you very much. Why is it whenever someone DOUBTs something they are naysayers? You worry about your investment I will do the same.. I DO BELIEVE I posted this in QUESTIONS

thanks for your input... YOU MISSED my question.. yes, I have DONE my homework, yes I have reada, HOWEVER my question is WHERE did someone come up with the idea this is GOING to happen. I wasnt asking for guarantees. I was simply stating this INFO has to have been derived from SOMETHING. I AM A GAMBLER I LOVE to TAKE CHANCES. I was just CURIOUS

If you had done your homework then you would know "where someone came up with the idea that this was going to happen". Have you invested? Spend about 10 hours in the archives. There's many "ideas" in there.

  14. Thank you very much but AGAIN these are coming from JOE BLOW posts... how about something from IRAQ??? How about something in a US paper ANything anything at all

The RABBIT HOLE has TERRY K's Name on it.. Apparently there is No NEWS ARTICLES.

People open your eyes lets realize this together... NO ONE NOT ANYONE in IRAQ has said there will be an RV.. Thats a hard fact to face... WOW all this time, I have been believing and hoping for NOTHING.. That sucks

    Im DEPPRESSED

    Hopefulrv,

This line of questioning/reasoning gets a little tiring ...

Personally, I'm still looking for the article (or contract for that matter) that states that my investment in Apple Computer and the Muni Bonds that I own will guarantee a return. I'm sure others here are looking for the return that they expected from Enron and Merrill Lynch (two supposedly safe bets -- at the time of the bet). And people all over the country are just now waking up to their "guaranteed" pensions that are presently paying out from the Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation at 30% of what they expected to be paid for the rest of their lives.

Please spend more time in the archives here to uncover the references to Shabibi and the RV as well as all other supporting evidence. Your question, hopefulrv, is fairly common as people are of the "ready, fire, aim" mindset. For the millionth time: THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES. And, yes, this IS what you are asking for ...

We pay our money and we take our chances. Simple as that.

Nice thing is ... you can get most of your investment back today if you really want to sell your dinar. I've taken much greater losses that receiving 80-90% of my original investment back.

    Just hang on.

  15. If that is a real phone number, then you just made yourself an enemy and, in fact, that guy's life may be in danger. Ever hear the phrase, "I wouldn't do that to my worst enemy"? Well, you just did.

Do you have any idea the number of crazy people on this board?

If you can, please edit that phone number off of that post. He doesn't deserve that.
