Sure doesn't look good for the lifting of Iraq out of Chapter VII before June 2010, does it??? Still having issues with Kuwait... again.... not out of Ch VII, money not recognized within the world community, no cash in dinar even it were to RV before.... unless.... it is all done at the same time... IMO .. not going to happen.... and I don't believe the UN is going to blow smoke to cover an RV to make anyone happy.... it's business as usual.... again.. just my take on the article...

Roger that.... there are speculators around the world that can afford 100,000 to 200,000 dollars for 1 mil. dinar with knowing Iraq is wanting to have the dinar at the rate it was back in the 80's... Iraq would loss billions if not more..

JBB is a US Base. Joint Base Balad.... Iraqis have to have proper ID and be escorted onto the base... no america Mil. or US Contractors... I just finished two years in Iraq as a contractor and this was one of two ways to get to Baghdad for R&R. It sure would have made it a lot easier to open a warka account if they would have opened this branch two months ago before I left... It will be interesting to see how they exchange $'s .... since we are not to use $$$'s for purchases thru Iraqi vendors.... veeeeerrrry interesting....

If I remember correctly... about a year ago, someone had posted information about Iraq and the dates they implimented anything to do with monies... each occurance was done on the last banking day of the month (with the exception of two times, the invasion in 2003 and ??) if the intel collected at that time was true... and the rv is this month?!? the date would be the 26th of Nov... only makes sence of they are going to rv before Chapter VII is lifted....

Name is Carl.. work in Iraq, Army Contractor... I have been following the dinar for 2 years now. The GCC and the issuing of new currency in 2010 has me concerned about the RV on how/when.. Will wait and see what happens by November 1st. I sure hope so, really don't want to work here any longer..
