  1. "when you DELETE the ZEROS will RAISE the VALUE of the BANKNOTE, NOT CURRENCY" Maybe I'm wrong but when I read this line I interpret it as if they delete the zeros, it would not strengthen the currency as a whole but only raise the value of the actual note (or dinar bill) itself, therefore not building a stronger economy. So I see this as very positive news. Especially when they start using words like "reset". Any gamer knows when you hit the reset button you start over at "0" as opposed to being below "0" or in the negative. But only time will tell... When you've been in this thing as long as I have you just want anything to happen.
  2. Hello Adam I appreciate your taking time to answer all of our redundant questions... I have been off the dinar grid for a while now. I got tired of the rollercoaster. I kept my dinar but I just wouldn't read the forums, though I did read your last chat. By no means am I a lopster, but when you say that the two currencies will exist simultaneously for a year, is that not an LOP? And if so, do you think we are still participating in a good investment? Thanks...
  3. I think they've always had one in california and one tennesee... Nothing new
  4. Giving me negative marks is not going to make this situation not a reality. I'm invested and I don't want this thing to go sour, however it's in black and white... Everything is not smoke or some elaborate conspiracy. I hope for all our sakes this is a good thing but from just reading it, it is not. Keep negging me
  5. The installation of the current currency led to inflation in the Iraqi market and has become inadequate with the financial situation now Sounds like we are screwed...
  6. WHY DOES EVERYTIME SOMEBODY MENTIONS AN LOP, PEOPLE START TO GO IN ON THEM AS IF IT'S NOT A POSSIBILITY? THAT IS STILL A POSSIBILITY. ADAM BELIEVES IT, I BELIEVE IT. I THINK WE ARE LIVING IN A FANTASY WORLD IF WE DON'T PREPARE FOR THAT AS WELL... #I'MJUSTSAYING EVEN THOUGH WE PRAY THAT IS NOT THE CASE, AND I PRAY THAT IT IS A NON-FACTOR, THE PENDULUM CAN SWING BOTH WAYS.
  7. If we are waiting on world peace to break out before an RV then we need to forget about dinar and start playing power ball
  8. Well since today is the 16th... I call BS
  9. PROBABLY BECAUSE WHEN THE MIDDLE OF JANUARY GETS HERE, IT WILL TURN INTO THE END OF THE FIRST QUARTER, THEN IT WILL TURN INTO BEFORE RAMADAN, THEN IT WILL TURN INTO BEFORE THE END OF 2012...
  10. same thing happened to mine... all you have to do is email them and they will deduct 15000 iqd for the annual e banking fee and you will be back up and running
  11. Hello Adam, I am VIP and I am very appreciative of this site. I am seeing a lot of articles popping up in forum about the dinar investment being a scam or about to tank. If the investment would to start going south would you honestly alert us?
  12. I wouldn't even worry about the RV period right now. Just go on out of the country and have a great trip. We will all still be here reading predictions when you come back...
  13. Sounds like they are bailing out of the big bills. Probably a L O P... I hope not but I dont know
  14. THIS IS A LONG TERM INVESTMENT PEOPLE. NOT A GET RICH OVER NIGHT SCHEME. PUT YOUR DINAR IN A SHOE BOX, FORGET ABOUT IT, AND GO BACK TO WORK...
  15. I kinda take it equivalent to stock market talk. When a CEO makes the statement, "we are strong financially and our future looks bright," meanwhile he and all insider trades are dumping their stock, that means the ship is going down. But when they say nothing making all outside traders shaky on the stock and jump ship, while all the insiders are buying up their own stock like crazy that means something is going to happen... Worst case scenario is we break even.
  16. New Iraqi Dinar – “Corruption and Money Laundering” Posted on 04 September 2011. Tags: Corruption, dinar, IQD, iraqi dinar According to a report from Aswat al-Iraq, an economic advisor to Iraq’s Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki, has described the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI)’s plan to redenominate the Iraqi currency as “the worst corruption and money-laundering process in the history of Iraq.” “The CBI must understand that it is playing with fire and undermining the course of the consumers, producers and the economic changes in the country,” Abdul-Hussein al-Anbaky told Aswat al-Iraq news agency on Sunday, adding that the move was taking place “at a time when the Iraqi economy was suffering from instability and chaos.” Anbaky’s statement was issued the day after the Central Bank announced its intention to drop the zeros from the Iraqi currency and to change it, in an attempt to ease inflation, and to encourage citizens to use their own currency instead of the US dollar. “The changing of the currency shall be the greatest corruption process in the history of Iraq, because the currency counterfeiting Mafias are ready to change the counterfeited currency with the new currency,” Anbaky said, adding that “the money-laundering merchants would come with trillions of dinars to change them.” Anbaky, at his position as the government’s economic advisor, had called on the Economic Committee of the Council of Ministers “not to respond to the draft-law for changing the Iraqi currency, raised by the CBI to the Council for ratification.” AlsumariaTV reported on Saturday that the CBI had sent a draft resolution regarding the redenomination to the Iraqi cabinet. The report said the new notes will be printed in three languages, including Kurdish, and the changes would also involve the introduction of coins. The CBI reportedly emphasised that the changes will not affect the buying capacity of the Iraqi dinar. 17. Wisconsin Warns About Iraqi Dinar Posted on 17 August 2011. Tags: IQD, iraqi dinar The Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions is warning investors about advertised opportunities to invest in Iraq’s currency, the dinar. The DFI says several web sites say Iraq’s currency is poised to increase in value, even dramatically, but it says investors aren’t told that the dinar is only good in Iraq. There is no currency exchange for the dinar and the U.S. dollar. “That allows dealers to charge whatever they want to sell and buy back the Dinars, since no exchange exists for the currency,” the DFI said in a statement Wednesday, reported by WBAY. The DFI says some dinar dealers tout being registered with the U.S. Treasury Department as a Money Services Business, or MSB, but the designation only means the company’s information is on file with the Treasury. “We encourage investors to exercise extreme caution when considering their investment opportunities. They should do their homework,” DFI Division of Securities administrator Patricia Struck said. Suspicions of security or investment fraud can be reported to the Division of Securities by calling toll-free, 1-800-472-4325.
