Hi Adam, Thanks for all you do! Is there any way to find out if there is an In-Country RV? I have heard that Iraqi Citizens are able to use Mastercard and Visa outside Iraq, with an RV amount for those transactions. I would think that would mean there was an RV amount inside Iraq. Can you verify this?

Thanks Adam for all that you do! For a long while I heard that over half of the HCL was done, but it is still a HCA. What's up with that??? Is it in front of Parlament or are the Tarriff Laws and people getting Fired more important?

Hi Adam, Thanks for all that you do! One of my fellow Dinarian's told me that they (heard from their source in Iraq) that in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, they have revaluated the Dinar at $4.40 USD (loaded it on their Mastercards and Qi Cards, usable in and outside Iraq) and that has made the rest of Iraq (really mad). Then they said that the Banking System has been turned on and off (all over Iraq, in preperation of the RV). I want to know if you have heard the same?

Adam, thanks for all your great info. Iraq stopped the Auctions, put IQD 50's in circulation and called the IQD 50's back out of circulation (then I heard that the IQD 50's were worth USD $.05 cents. Iraq also limited the amount of money that can cross the Iraq Border's. Did Iraq do an in-Country RV for the people of Iraq? If this didn't happen, what is the chances of Iraq doing an in-country RV before the rest of the World gets anything? My hat's off too you!

Hi Adam, thanks for all you do! I have read the initials GCR lately, in some referenced Iraqi Gazette News (where they were talking about issuing smaller denomination Dinar, in Country, on Thursday). This is new to me, do you know what the initials GCR mean? (:-))

What does GCR stand for? I can't figure that one out? I really hope the Gazette is Correct!!!

I think you are already following this, but I'll ask - Has anything happened with the Tanker off Texas with $100 million in Crude ? and Have the Kurd's finished their 2nd pipeline, to put even more presure on Maliki ?

Adam, thanks for all that you do. I'm a little confussed, there has been a lot of talk about about raising the value of the Dinar. One is to delete the 0's, which I figure is on the exchange rate. They could delete one zero, two zero's or three zero's. Three zero's would make $1.00 = .00087, changing it to $1.00 = .87 (a really nice increase in value and I don't see a requirement to turn in the large bills or print new money). The other is to LOP the zero's off the large bills and $25,000.00 Dinar = $25.00 Dinar and $1.00 Dollar = $1.00 Dinar (this would require turning in the large Dinar notes and issuing new smaller notes, more like the USD), this seems like a lot of work for the CBI and I don't think they want a lot of work. My question - When the CBI is talking about raising the value of the Dinar, what are your thoughts, are they talking about the exchange rate or Lopping the zero's off the Dinar ?

Hi Adam, Thanks for all you do !! Parliment went into session Dec 16th 2013 ?, when "do they" or "did they" get out of session ?? I thought they would be working on the HCL and getting into the WTO, which would lead to RV !! I hope

Hi Adam, I'm sorry if, last week I seemed like I was saying that the value of the Dinar had changed. Let me clarify, this is a speculation, I think that GID Associates and I, think that 1).The value is going to go up soon, at the CBI, because of Chapter 7 ending and 2).The value is going up again soon, because of the end of Ramadan and the "Gift" to the people of Iraq, on the last day of Ramadan. When I quoted changes in the value of the Dinar, I was quoting the changes at GID Associates. They changed their price, just before Chapter 7 ended, at $25.00 USD to 1- $25,000. Dinar note, that is 1000/1 and on 7/22/2013, GID Associates again changed to $30.00 USD to 1- $25,000. Dinar note, that is 833.50/1. The misunderstanding is that they have changed in Iraq and they haven't. GID Associates and I are just Very hopefully "Speculating", nothing else. I'm just hopeful that the HCL isn't going to affect the RV and that the "Gift" to the people of Iraq is very beneficial to the people of Iraq and all of "Us".
