I WORKED WITH THE GP IN IRAQ FOR TWO YEARS AND YOU HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD ! People, Shy is right on the money, come out low and draw in all the Dinar from the money graggers until they reach an amount that deem doable before the rate goes up anymore. Once tier is met, they 'll rise the rate again, again and again untill the amount that is still out does not matter anymore. If Iraq were to come out at a 3.00 + rate they would lose 100's of Billions. Not going to happen in this life time. What would you do, think about it, it is common "CENTS" people. Iraq could cut a deal with the IMF on the exchange, but as long as Kuwait hold 100's of Billion's of Dinar, there will not a high rate to open. THERE IS AND HAS BEEN IN IRAQ SINCE 2003!!!!!! I KNOW BECAUSE I WAS THERE 2004 TO 2006!

The Fed did the same thing to Japan in the late 70's & 80's. Pused the Yen up and got them to buy 100's of Billions in Treasure Bonds and other investments in the US with a weaker Dollar. Once the Bonds and trade deficite reached the preset threashold, the Dollar rose suddenly against the Yen and imports fell and Japan found that they had been screwed and began to sell, but it was too late. Between Bonds, Realastate and Exports to the US which suddenly became worth around 50% in alot of cases, less than what they had bought or produced them for. ( Take a look back and you'll find this to be true.) Now the Fed is trying to do the same to China, deflate the Dollar and inflate the Yen and when those threashold are meet again, guess what happens to China, that's right, Japan all over again. They will do it to any Country if enogh money can be made. There are no accidents in the world of finance! I have the same problem. Renewed the 9th of Dec. and site reads menbership expired. I have emailed several times and no results as of 12/13/2010. What can you do, I have tried all the site reads to do with no results tp the good.

I have a lot of Dinars and would like to know why it would not be good for as long as I chose to keep it or till they print new Dinars to replace the new Dinars I got in 2004 . Would not an exchange be only to scam us of our total value and then rerelease the bigger notes at a later date ? Need some real answers to these questions , not here some , there some info that you have to search all over the place to find the info we really need .
