    My thoughts are 1 to 1 initially. But Dr. Shabbibi has stated a return to pre Saddam rates. I only trust Dr. Shabbibi. So I predict 3.86. Either way, I will cash out enough to accomplish my goals and sit on the rest. Oh, and pay my long term Cap. Gains taxes!!

    That is a good sumation of what needs to be done. But, the most important person in this is Dr. Shabbibi. Watch what what he says and does. He holds the key and is the only reliable individual in this whole investment. I hope he gets tired of all the delaing tactics and forces the issue for the bebit of the Iraqi population.

    Easy, the premise of your post suggests that the powers that be in our Gov't are aware of the effects of an Rv on our economic situation. I have seen very little awaredness in either party much less urgency to get anything done. With that said, GO RV!!
