Sparky! Canada is my second favorite Country in the whole entire world. I grew up east of Windsor, Ontario on a little island on the Detroit River. Matter of fact, I'll be spending my honeymoon in Waterton National Park, Banff, and Lake Louise for six days of hiking and drinking "Canadian Beers" untouched by American hands...oh how I miss OV, Carlsburg, and Brador with a passion. Well...small denominations are a legitimate argument. The Swiss are more than likely producing & holding them. ATM machines are waiting for them; however, I am thinking there is some truth to the banking infrastructure being for sh** and the US Treasury grunts are working 24/7 to get it all up to date and on-line. Lastly, some super egos need to be put in check. I wish I could be more specific

Read it three times...probably need to read it once more, but thinking they have $32 trillion dollars worth of deposits scattered amongst their banks, for which they are withdrawing 10 trillion dinars worth for stop-gap. R.O.
