I am not sure if IRAQ should be taking their advice from the U.S. when it comes to the economy, budgets, and how to have a successful economy. Perhaps Charlie Sheen in his present state and a monkey in collaboration could come up with better advice. Just my opinion after seeing FOX news present the 223 billion USD spent in one month above and beyond what was brought in (in Feb 2011). Sad for the future of our offspring that do not even realize what is happening. Just my honest opinion though. Nevermind!!!! I figured it out. Degrees is a unit of temperature. It is nothing more than a weather report for the year in Iraq, and I guess it is predicted to get REALLY hot this summer.
