I hope this is a translation error that just makes them LOOK stupid and that they really are NOT that stupid. They raised the value 1/10th of what they proclaim in all these articles. 4 iqd/1170 iqd = .0034188 in decimal form .0034188 x 100 = .34188% in percentage form So the increase we saw this week was .34%, NOT 3.4% as stated. NOTE: If you bought iqd at the rate of 1060 USD per 1,000,000 IQD The exchange rate needs to reach 943.396 iqd to break even right now at most exchangers (including their spread). So a small increase in value of 4 iqd needed to be about 227 just for us to get out of this investment without loosing money. Just a reminder, any number on CBI site smaller that 943.396 MEANS PROFIT for us. And, only if the number is less than 1 (like 0.860 or 0.275) do we make the profit of more than 1 USD to 1 IQD. Lets hope the next jump is much larger in value and that the math is correctly stated next time by the whacky Iraqis. GO RV............

I believe this is just an area for member comments on bullish or bearish opinions. In this case, an idiot opinion IMHO. No proof anywhere in the universe to back this statement up that I have seen yet. Just like the comment next to it that states Ch 7 Must be released before an RV can occur. WRONG. Just a point..... Comparing Adams info presented in chat, with the auction/market rate in 2009 ( I also included the most recent change which was not today but Tuesday, Jan17, 2012), and the UN operational rate tables. NONE are consistent. Just a point that I noticed. None of the dates correspond correctly for the Auction rate changes. see attached screen shot for a comparison.

Phoenix posted his take on DV, and then spoke about it on his Talk Radio show last night. In summary, he basically said the law is a good thing because there will be a billion jealous people, relatives, and neighbors that want to duplicate what they just saw with the IQD RV after they see the effects of it. He thinks this will put a stop to a bunch of copycat wannabees and the scammers who would prey on them on the internet after the RV. I hope I relayed that correctly, in summary. Adam, I don't like the question because of one condition you placed in it. (I know you are trying to make a point with your question, obviously) In the course of this discussion, evidence is provided that proves Bernie is a scammer.
