That article was incorrect about the DFI. The DFI was extended until 6/30/2011. Everything else was accurate.

The DFI is extended until June 30th 2011.

I've been wondering the same thing. I am just hopeful that there is more going on behind the scenes that will allow this to work out in our favor and soon. I thought for sure the GOI would be seated prior to the UNSC meeting on the 15th. Now I just hope that the UNSC realizes the seating of the GOI is close enough.

I agree. There have been many articles stating that the border issues with Kuwait have been resolved. Also, at a UN meeting several months ago Kuwait said that things were resolved and that they were pushing for the removal of article 7 sanctions.
