Bloomberg still not updating the IQD only. I tried quite a few different currencies. All that I tried worked.. Others say some not working. USD seems to be still on the SLOW SLIDE. THANKS BO!!! Checked the USD/VND. Sorry to say my Dong is still worthless. Lets hope its something. GO RV!!!!!

Its updated now.... Funny thing though.... the decimal point and 4 numbers AFTER the decimal point have returned. Lets hope they are getting ready to only use the back side of the decimal!!!!! I think .26 would be nice to start with.

Im not worried about their government.... we all knew the risks over there UPFRONT!!! I'm more worried about what our government is going to spring at the last moment to take it away from us. Just the opposite Mrbigg She said $1.00 is = to 9.25 IQD. 1 divided by 9.25 gives you a rate of .108. That is only 11 cents per dinar. NO I DONT THINK IT WILL BE EITHER OF THEM !!! Just to set the record straight. ie; 1 divided by 1170 gives you .00086 cents. Kingfish out!

Thanks Decoy. I appreciate that. I was watching FNC a little while ago and Meggan Kelly was talking to, I think, one of the union reps. She asked point blank about them working till age 50 and recieving their ful pay and benifits when they retire for life. The man stood there on national tv and said that ALL Americans should have the same situation. WHERE THE HECK DO THESE PEOPLE THINK THE MONEY IS GOING TO COME FROM. Sooner or later the money will run out and we will have to deal with it. OH YEA THAT TIME IS NOW!!! WAKE UP AMERICA..... WAKE UP. Oh yea... cutting Social Security and Medicare.... Maybe that has to be looked at ..... but it needs to be as a last resort. Those people paid into that fund. Can anyone think of why we are still paying into SSI..... First of all..... What was that. The problems that we face today are because of the housing market down turn. This was not the creation of GWB... it was Bill Clinton that started the "I think all Americans should have a home" plan. That would be a nice thing if it could be a reality but it isn't. Truth is that when you create a situation where a small (3%) down payment can get you the largest asset that most people will own, and that asset is allowed to increase at an uncontrolled rate (supply and demand), and then add the fact that the lending controlls were removed from system, you end up with banks that are passing out loans for houses for nothing... and then letting the people borrow another 28%, (3% down payment and make it so that you can borrow 125% of the value).... what do you expect to happen. THEN, the house goes up even more.... Lets go get some more FREE money!!. People got to the place where housing was getting to expensive. The market slowed, people couldnt get rid of the INVESTMENT house, so they just walked away flooding the market with empty houses. When this happened... investors where being stuck with the houses they had and were no longer willing to build any new ones. This led to the decreased volume. Builders stopped buiding spec houses, sub contractors started laying off people, and that brought on another wave of empty houses. Talk about a snowball effect. GWB tried to put a leash on Fannie and Freddie.... but he was put down by the same people that put the law into effect. Add to that the fact that Barnie Franks, in all his wisdom, OUTRIGHT LIED to the people, telling them that Fannie and Freddie were just fine and we should trust him. BULL PUCKEY!!!! They sold the debt all over the world and now the world is saying, " What happened?" This is a clear case of what happens when you allow government to get into the private sector. Most banks would have never let those loans go out and surely wouldnt have allowed the huge increase when refinancing or getting a second mortgage. In all that I have written above has race entered the ring.... NO. My problem with Obama is not that of race but that NOTHING is being done to help small business. Small business is the backbone of America... it is what made her great. Just now we are seeing SMALL plans to help small business. The problem is that those small businesses that have survived this long.... now have a lowered credit score. Of course the government only wants to lend to those who dont need it now. Im not saying that greed didnt play a HUGE part in the housing bubble... people that couldnt afford a trailer could buy a house and sell it before it was built and make 25%. If we are to survive as a nation.... We will need to work hard to pick ourselves up and do what is necessary to stay the great nation that we are. Selling off America a piece at a time is not the way to do that. I was greatly saddened last week when I heard the news about the New York Stock Exchange. We are a great capitalistic nation. We have built a standard of living that is matched by NO OTHER NATION. The NYSE was the symbol of that greatness... Now it is in the hands of others... What did the great Obama do about that. Nothing. Maybe there was little or nothing that could have been done.... but had it been me... I surely would have tried. I also seem to remember him saying that the protests in Wisconsin were evidence of our freedoms. What Wisconsin is trying to do is get the dollars and cents to work.... Why is it that most of our government can not understand the theory of "THERE IS NO MORE MONEY!!!". When something is not sustainable any longer it must change. I also dont think that our government is being too Politically Correct either... They expect us to give up more, when they are not doing the same. I just find it hard to believe with the greatest minds in the world in this country.... why are we where we are? I guess that takes us back to where I started. There are only a few things that can save us from ruins... The right people stepping up to the plate... AND.....WELL IT HAS TO BE HERE SOMEWHERE ...... GO RV!!!!
