I have seen both in a lot of postings and I thought current value is .00086 etc. If 3 zeros removed, it would make it .86 but i keep seeing .086. Anyone????

I just posted a few minutes ago that CNN is reporting Gates just landed in Iraq for a surprise visit to the troops. This might be what's going on???

Just a few minutes ago CNN announced Gates just landed in Iraq with a surprise visit. Went to website but didn't see anything posted yet. Anchor Don? Lemon said it probably had to do with withdrawal of American troops. ???

I have been in this investment since summer of 2009. I have read and try to educate myself on as much as possible. what I don't understand is the HLC (Hydro Carbon Law???) not sure what that stands for and why that effects the RV/RI.
