Very Well Put Rochester!!! I lived in Egypt for 5 years and everything took FOREVER to get done! It did not matter what it was... "inshallah!" was the favorite word. It is a completely different mentality! I do think that they are definitely moving forward. I think that they are closer than we think. I also think that they are stalling. Perhaps you should read between the lines... more is happening than they are letting on. (at least that is what I think) Intentional stall... way too much forward progress and then not! I personally think they are ready and attempted and had to pull back because of a technical issues. But that is my opinion. and so is this... It's coming!
