I don't have the answer to you question, but this is why you hear, "don't buy any more than you can afford to loose" so maybe this will help the next guy out before he/she buys too much based on a pumpers post.
I hope you find a way to meet your bills and hopefully, Gods plan is to RV this soon and your problems will solve themselves.

From what I've read, there is a minimal number of individual investors in the dinar.
Most of the dinar outside of Iraq is held by governments.

This isn't meant to freak anyone out, but I have tried repeatedly to reach DT by their toll free and the local number and it goes to, in essence, a dead line. I am hoping it is because of the 5000 line install that is perhaps happening at for the past 3 days, but I am stuck with a reserve due today of which I wired the funds as well as a purchase from the 16th that I am yet to receive the Dinar. Any help or reassurance that someone is getting thru would be much appreciated.
P.s. I did fax and email them as well. Still no reply!!!!!!!!!!
I received my email confirmation about an hour ago and I wired the money yesterday.

Try this:
A slurpee that cost 1000 dinars today ($.87) would be about ¼ IQD post RI/RV (at $3.5 … no, I'm just making it work mathematically)
or said differently ¼ of a slurpee/smartcard/month pre-RI/RV and post RI/RV you could buy almost 862 slurpees/smartcard/month
A smartcard worth $.22 today would be worth $875 at that rate
Answer: everything gets repriced
Yes, I know my slurpee in Iraq example is ridiculous ... that's why I used it!

Hey DV family I just wanted to share some info with you. First of all I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving, I know I gained a couple of pounds this last weekend. Alright I have some info that seems right on track with an RV coming in place in less then 3 weeks if not sooner. Also the rate will be around $3.50 - $4.00 mark. The budget will be out at anytime right now and it should have the RV in it. Please dont listen to other people with them saying its going to be at a $8.0 mark, that's crazy! We are at the end of the road DV family so please make sure you have in place on what you are going to do with it. Be smart with it. Only 2 seats need to be filled and some are saying the Kurds will fill those seats. Just in time for CHRISTMas or any other holidays to spend on loved ones and family. I thought it was going to happen this past weekend but I was off by a week, crap. Look for it to happen between 2-3 am EST on the other side of the world first and hitting us last. That's all right now but any new info I will share. God Bless you all.. GO RV.. All I want for CHRISTmas is an RV!

Former oil banker/financial geezer here and ...jump in other financial/market experienced members.
Small players may think they will jump out first at the optimum value but that philosophy is wishful thinking. As you know significant positions will influence the fluctuation. Up ticks or down will be controlled by large bloc possession. This is why careful study should be taken in the substantiation of value for country assets such as oil reserves (anticipated appreciation in market control/ownership as well as price per barrel) in addition to other commodities estimated such as gold reserves. I know this is elementary to many. All the acronyms make for longer writing just explaining the meanings.
Trade imbalance (i.e. currency) should be particular to the Middle Eastern Blocs. Their currency basket should not be weighted upon countries outside the asset base of influence. It makes no sense and artificially influences the RV if it occurs. Thus rational analysis supports an RV north of 4.00 and reasonable at 5.72 due to Iraqs significant evolving market influence.
It is refreshing to think outside influence from partnering countries has assisted the nation of Iraq to take this giant step into the 21st Century. This step will aid in protecting our country in the fight to perserve freedom as we have known it. This will be a crushing blow to the socialist assault on our nation. They too will prosper from this revelation. Their coffers will be filled to begin the fight again. There are only lulls in the battle to maintain freedom from suppression.
