Can anyone tell me what the effect of CBI's Bank Restructing Unit will have on the potential RV? http://www.imf.org/external/pubs/ft/scr/2010/cr10316.pdf Listed as News 2010 10 20 under CBI's News section. It sounds as though they have a lot of cleaning up to do from saddam era transactions before they can clean up/identify the assets of the two banks. Can the RV happen befoe this is settled?
