Thanks Econ, I do not do so well with economy stuff. The oil will flow better over the next few years as the contracts get going and suck some of the oil out of the ground. And I understand that the budget is still in line with the current flow of oil. So it sounds like they are not biting off more of their future oil and being sensible about it. notbreaking

Soooo.... This means that it will take longer because the oil revenue is not great enough to support the government budget and their economy is still weak?
