We now believe the DFI funds are under Iraqi control. That deadline was met. But what about the other deadlines that were looming on 6/30/11? Did the UN lift the last of the Chapter 7 sanctions? Did Iraq join the WTO (they needed to have internationally tradable currency before they could do that). And what about all the govt workers and others in Iraq that were due to be paid on 7/1? Are they still waiting? Anybody have any info here?

We've been told Iraq holds 85% of all dinars. Governments have another 10% and big stakeholders have another 2% which means all the buying and selling mom and pop investors do of the remaining dinars won't make any diff. on price even after it goes public.
