Actually its not as bad as you might think.....there are things in the works for this fall that would require them to raise the value of the currency and they also need to raise the value of their currency in order to get outside investors into the market to bring more capital to the country....they cannot keep the value of the dinar at its current rate if they want to move forward and put themselves back on the global marketplace which will help the infrastructure get jump started, they cannot afford to continue building up the country and to survive without bringing outside capital into the country....which is why they are talking of taking the ISX international in october.....just be patient...things are moving in our favor

my secret squirrel intel from my contact in the IMF told me that the dinar will not RV and they are switching currencies and will be using the mexican peso as their new currency.....im sellin all my dinar now.....who wants it?? I have 3 million IDQ that I will mark down and sell for $500,000 USD.....any takers?? hit me up......

Its not the formation of the govt holding up the rebuilding of simple things like water, housing, electricity.....all that is still being handled by the interm govt.....all of those policies are still able to move forward....the only thing that is on a stand still from moving forward is the private sector and foreign investments in the sectors because that requires the govt to pass reforms on.....certain things have to be in place before they can RV and the banking sector has to be reformed to handle the transformation of the exchange rate and smaller bills, atms, etc.....not sure if even they have finished distributing the budgets allocated funds to all the diff provinces which also needs to happen first.....the govt is not holding the RV up....they just havent succeded in finishing other areas that needed reform or work done to handle them changing the value of their currency....its slowly coming around which this does take time to implement but it should be completed soon and we shall see this movement soon on the dinar.....they dont have too much time before taking the ISX international which they will need time before that for them to RV and consolidate the currency and stabilize things before going international.....just be patient....another month isent going to kill us.....we should know that they arent going to RV before or during ramadan but soon after they will need to get a move on things....

Just cause they are having a meeting with the UN doesent mean they are going to RV.....hahaha we arent going to see anything till after ramadan.....and speak for yourself....i dont know anyone that has actually been believing the BS rumors that spread around like wildfire.....except the GET team followers and thats their own fault...

When the RV happens you will be able to cash in at any bank near you.....no need to have to travel to the states to cash in.....also, when it does RV you should look into international banks where you can just deposit your IDQ and they can hold your account in IDQ then you wouldnt have to worry about exchanging for smaller denoms.....

The US passed new legislation this year that they can go after any offshore accounts that american citizens hold as well.....you are not safe anywhere and as long as you live in this country you will not be able to get away without paying taxes.....uncle sam is hungry and he is on patrol EVERYWHERE.......not worth the risk to try and hide from him cause eventually he will find you.....

Real Equilibrium Exchange Rate.......

Yes the RV was passed last year to be put into effect this year, as far as the time span between being internationally recognized and them RV/RI the currency there is no set time that they have to follow....they could make it recognized and then two weeks later come out and RV/RI....I would speculate to say it would happen almost at the same time....but in order for them to RV/RI it will have to be internationally recognized FIRST......otherwise any sort of revalue would only be recognized inside the country which is pointless and will not happen in this regards........as far as the different rates in the budget, they have been playing with these behind the scenes to help determine the REER, you can expect them to revalue at one rate across the board, but with little fluctuations due to the market and then POSSIBLY....i say again POSSIBLY revalue again 6 months down the line to closer to the ceiling rate if sustainable......lastly because of how long they have been implementing these different rates its safe to assume that they have a very good idea by now of what this REER will be, they are very close to dropping this on everyone, the time is coming near so I wouldnt expect THAT to postpone the deadline.....it would probly be other things related to the banking reform that could possibly delay things not them figuring out this REER as they have been working to achieve that since 2004.....hope that helps things a little.....as always....STAY THIRSTY MY FRIENDS!

Sure no problem....we have a good dialogue cause me and scooter talk on a regular, go get drinks, that kind of thing lol , he is very good at finding this info, I try to get him over here after making those chats from other sites to help explain and answer questions people might have....but yea to sum things up....this has been planned for years....it was planned to be executed with or without the govt in place, because they knew the leaders of Iraq would not be able to handle this and they would end up screwing it all up....they have been in a way testing a wide range of rates behind the locked rate of 1170 to see how they would work with Iraqs economy the way it is....they have been doing this since 2004 as to find the "equilibrium" rate, meaning the rate best justified and supported by Iraqs economy and oil production.....now as for the banks and the ISX.....Iraq needs the ISX to go international as to help with massive amounts of investments that can pour into the country and make it easier for foreigners to invest into the private sector as well....in order for the ISX to go international, the dinar must be internationally recognized first and must at least be at the value of 1 cent as well....but the banking reform actually includes the RV/RI and so they must complete the RV/RI before the end of october which of course that deadline may be extended if necessary so its still not set in stone.....so we COULD be looking at a time frame of end of august till end of october to see our dinar rise in value because i dont believe that we will see anything happen during the month of ramadan....so look right after that till october as our "timeframe" based soley on Iraqs plans and what they have placed in front of us.....not off some random rumors or anything like that....just off good ol reading and comprehension ya dig?!?! and of course long and tiring research done by none other then scooter himself.......STAY THIRSTY MY FRIENDS!!
