I don't mean for this to sound disrespectful or anything, but how does someone who had only been a member for less than a month, get to be an Advanced Member? I've been a member for two years and am only a Junior Member. Just asking.

Question: We've all been able to purchase IQD in $5,000, $10,000 & $25,000 denominations, when the RV hits, couldn't we exchange some of our large denoms for smaller ones to hold on to as the rate changes? Which other amounts are they going to consider to be Large denominations after the RV?

I just found this while looking for something else: Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Proposition 63 Initiative was passed by the California Voters in November 2004. The MHSA imposes a 1% tax on individuals with income exceeding one million dollars.
