Your right , we wait it out. This is about Iraq. They could do whatever they please. It is their government in formation. They can continue to make progress with or without RV...... however not without problems. It will still be their choice in how to deal with those problems: such as inflation, infrastructure, and providing for the basic needs of its people. All we can do is WAIT.

Gave permission to release the monies from the budget 7 days later. Funds were supposed to be on Thursday but may now be released. Takes about 15 days to ratify this signed budget. This time says Frank it may be done sooner. We may yet see it this Thursday on the 15th. Frank says it may still take another 15 days from this Thursday which would be another “Thursday” for us to see the rate around the Arab Summit. Pay close attention to the auctions says Frank. Pattern developing. Pay attention to articles from IMF. They are starting to talk to us. Thumbs up. Go ahead and deal with Chapter 7. IMF gives thumbs up to Iraq on the budget. IMF is seriously talking about Chapter 7 and move Iraq to Article 8. Also being seen on Iraqia TV says Delta. Article about Saudi Arabia to be paid 408 million to workers for past work. This is VERY huge. It’s earmarked in the budget. It’s about to be paid! They say 2 days! It’s going to be paid via wire transfer! If they can do that then they can wire internationally!!! Despite the low value on the Iraq Dinar....... the Iraqi people are moving forward. They have no reason to duck their heads in shame or reproach.....whether the RV happens before or after the Summit. This is about them, not us...... it's about their freedom and new way of life. Sure we would like for it to have happened yesterday........ but this is their time in history.......... and for that I can wait it out.

Ah, but who hasn't acted 'childish' in one form or another in their adult life. We are all entitled to our mistakes and shortcomings but rest assured we still suffer our own consequences of those actions. Give "Bondlady" a break....... she is so good with sharing information. And certainly seems to have a grasp of knowledge of what is happening.
