How can they officially declared the end of the war without removing the Sanctions of War? If Iraq is not on it's own to feet & they are still under sanctions then the war is not over. What am I missing here, whats the point of declaring Iraq war has ended when it has not...Sorry if this is a stupid question just doesn't make sense to me all the hype about the end of war...Thanks..Happy Holidays Everyone...
