We know that the reform papers or white papers talked about the study of dealing with the rate change but there was nothing set in stone. They're just talking about it. They certainly aren't going to allow the den of thieves known as the Iraqi parliament to make the announcement! The GOI and the CBI needed this law passed so they had this piece of the plan in place (the IMF and Fab 4 were requiring it to allow them to borrow any more money from outside Iraq). IMO. IMO, this law was the starting pistol, but it is up to the GOI & CBI to start running. Also, it had always been said that the rate change would be seen in the CBI site and forex first, and that it was likely to come out on a weekend when the banks were closed.

I think he thinks that's out of the question. "What he's trying to do is to deny Joe Biden 270 votes, by challenging in Pennsylvania, Georgia, in Nevada, in Michigan, in Arizona." Keeping Biden from 270 would put the election on the House delegations – a state-by-state majority held by Republicans 26-23-1 – as designated by the U.S. Constitution. "If he can keep the Biden count below 270, then the matter goes to the House of Representatives, where of course there is a Republican majority among the delegations of states, and you vote by state if it goes to the House," Dershowitz told host Carl Higbie. "He's trying to follow the playbook of three elections of the 19th century." Barring that narrow path to victory, Dershowitz speculated Trump will announce he will run for reelection in 2024, "and to campaign against what he regards as 'corrupt bargain' as analogous to what happened in 1824 and two other times in the 19th century." "I think that's the strategy that is now in operation," Dershowitz concluded. "You need a perfect storm for it to work. You need to get enough states, enough state attorneys general, or state departments, or whoever, secretaries of state or governors that are Republican that legitimately refuse to certify the results because they're under challenge on the day the electoral college meets by statute. "If on that day, Biden doesn't have 270 votes – you don't get to vote two or three times on that; as far as the Constitution's concerned, it's one vote – and if the one vote doesn't give the leading candidate 270 electoral votes, then automatically it goes to the House of Representatives, where a whole new process takes over, and a process that clearly favors President Trump."

Added @ 1:30 PM CST: *** Pimpy *** ...talking to my friends in the currency world, there is a lot of speculation back and forth on what a Biden Administration means to the exchange rate happening for the Iraqi Dinar. Again it goes back and forth. It's all speculation. Some people say it doesn't matter. The rate change is the rate change. But then you got other people...there is concern expressed at some high levels. Either way here's my thing...everybody is only speculating...we don't know what's going to happen...I'm expecting news on the Iraqi dinar any day now. That is correct, however.. . All of these swing States in question are pretty blue with the exception being Georgia.....and the citys like Philly and Detroit bleed blue.... Lower Courts such as District Courts have Judges elected by the local community. Isn't it logical that these lower courts Judge against Trump.....and it's just as logical that the Trump Attorneys appeals those decisions to the next higher court..... All this MSM BS about Trump losing in Court is how the process works...the higher Courts as a rule show less bias.... Eventually the system plays out...the Courts will see this for what it is......and some common sense will prevail.. And if this election cycle runs out/long...there are provisions for that...... The Courts could declare it as a contested election....and a contingent election would be held in Congress.......or even if the process was allowed to run on.... The Speaker of the House could then be named as the acting President on Jan 20th until things are sorted out... Crazy mess.....but really time to address and fix the problems........CL
